Unwanted communications once they have your details.
I bought some tablets from this company a few years ago. I don't think they were very effective and so I didn't buy any more.
However, the company still keeps contacting me by phone, despite me asking them not to do so. I have blocked their number, but they still leave voicemails for me.
Probably best to buy your vitamins elsewhere if you don't want to be relentlessly hassled with unwanted communications.

Callous and unfeeling agent
Callous and unfeeling agent. I received a call to my mother's landline from an agent asking for my mother who recently passed away. When I informed the agent of my mother's passing and asked that she be removed from the company's contact list, the agent responded with a very loud sigh, which conveyed to me that he was concerned only about the loss of a potential sale and not my bereavement. Only when I expressed my disgust at the agent's callous and unfeeling attitude and said that I would be complaining did he offer any sympathy. I was very upset with the whole experience.
