I cannot even find the date or length of this years event

Absolutely hopeless app. Tickets never load.

App is totally dysfunctional.
You pay thousands of pounds for tickets and then not on app and app
Dies not always load..does not recognise account details.
Call centre blaming me and Android phone..shocking service....now facing wait as IT gone home...going to goidwood tommorrow and no idea if can get in....absolutely appalling and unsatisfactory especially as saying digital is to save paper ect but yet you have to print two A4 sized parking tickets in colour...how is that saving the environment.
Goodwood as a premier world event you should be ashamed of yourselves

Pathetic that they force you to install yet another pointless app on yiur phone, then to top it, they force people in your party to also use the app!! Absolutely braindead thought process into this, I won't be going again.

The Goodwood Ticket app is a disaster and should be removed. I've paid enough money to go in and want a paper ticket for ease of entry for my wife and my self.
Also would like a printed ticket to keep to remember the day.
We are enthusiasts and we don't want to have issues getting in. The planet is not going to be affected by not having a paper ticket once a year as there are much more important things that need sorting in the countryside.
The App is unreliable and gets stuck all the time. Let's hope Goodwood have got loads of new masts installed at the house for a signal for it to work!

I would rate Goodwood as a 5 star, but unfortunately the ticket app is a serious letdown. It rarely works, and the Goodwood estate has poor mobile phone signal coverage. It has been around 2 years since the new app was launched, ample time to sort out bugs.

The ticket app does not work reliably if at all. It seems to stop working when busy ( when tickets are issued or at the event when trying to get in). As there is no other way to get tickets you have to queue for nearly an hour to get your tickets printed by event staff as you cannot do this yourself. Not the service I expect for a premium event. Not looking forward to this at FOS which is likely to be much busier.

Disastrous new Goodwood ticket App. Full of bugs. Virtually impossible to share tickets with group as they cannot register for accounts. It won't accept .net emails. It crashes on log in. QR codes appear blurred etc etc.
A disastrous roll out spoiling Goodwood for many. Hundreds of complaints.

I despise ticketing apps. I wish to attend an event and after having paid then have to download an app am aggrieved, just send a (digital) ticket. As with many others I will not be buying another ticket for future Goodwood events knowing this. I have attended other events where this system fails. Please Goodwood Estate please offer sensible ticketing options.

Paid them about £1000 18 months ago for tickets and other items for events not held. As others I have also been lied to, misled and found them Impossible to deal with as they do not reply to letters,emails or action telephone calls. They want to hold on to your money at all costs and I’ve only just been repaid after resorting to chargeback on my credit card.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS: I bought tickets 2 months ago and have had repeated excuses as to why they haven't come through yet. Their phone number no longer works and they are not replying to emails. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT as far as I can tell. As for the team I spoke to; James who received a great review here has repeatedly let me down and has lied on several occasions. Under no circumstances attempt to purchase tickets with these guys.

Goodwood Tickets is one of the best ticketing company I have ever found. Order 2 tickets and had absolutely no problem. Staff is very professional and responded on time. Always recommend trust pilot for booking to friends.

Good Experience as i booked 1st time from here... but sometimes when you experience a cancelled flight, that is totally dreadful for you.....
