Customer service email stopped replying, customer service phone number rang out - no answer. Had major issues with import duty, talked to DPD and confirmed that the sender (Goodyear) had declared the value incorrectly on two of the tyre tables, they applied the full value of my order to both parcels meaning I was due to pay nearly £200 in import duty when only half of this amount should have been due, email customer service from Goodyear useless refused to help me, now I have to hope that my card company will help me get a refund. Terrible, would never use again.

ordered a Tyre table from them. when i was at le-mans this year they stated delivery 5-7 days from their sales team (even says that on their site). it has been 3 weeks now and still not been dispatched. customer service is useless!! out of x21 emails sent now i have had 3 responses, i have even asked them to provide management details and i have had nothing. all emails sent have been sent using the email address provided on their site and they do not bother answering the phones.

100% would advise not to purchase ANYTHING through them

not one to normally moan about things but this has really got under my skin !! i feel like i have been scammed.

Best item i ever bought for my Living room.
I bought the wheel coffe table, it took 2 weeks to get delivered to Scandinavia but it was worth it.
If I could add a picture I would, but the pictures on the website was the exact same as the one I got.

Placed an order 20/05/26 and still have not received my items. The initial confirmation stated a delivery date of next day and gave tracking references through DHL. After no delivery and no recognition anywhere of the tracking references, I contacted customer services via email. After some initial responses stating a delay in receiving parts, the confirmation of being handed to DPD as the courier, they have stopped responding and there is no answer when calling. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it's from a global "reputable" brand.

Placed an order, took a while to arrive which I didn't mind. Bit the order has arrived incomplete and I cannot contact the company. No reply to emails sent and not answering phone calls either.

Update 18/06/26:
Still no contact from the store despite calls and emails.
Quick enough to take the money but God forbid you get the complete item you ordered
