Would not order from this website again.
It is a drop shipping website and after a number of emails asking about my order, it finally came 2 months later.
Products came from China and look fake.
Best ordering direct from maker of bike lights 'MEROCA'

Gopedal.co has now been taken down, and their Facebook page has been changed to "Pukka Pillow".

These companies ought to be ashamed.

I purchased 2 sets of lights over 70 days ago after seeing lots of positive reviews/adverts on fb. Nothing has arrived and they don’t answer any comms. Their fb has now disappeared. Total scam

It's a scam. Not sure what their deal is, but it doesn't seem to be a legitimate company. I received the light direct from China in a box that had the name of another company on it. Gopedal was not printed anywhere on the light or in the literature. The information pamphlet was written in very bad broken English with no details or specifics about specs or operation. The light was also the wrong mount for what I ordered. I tried contacting their customer service. I was told to ship it back to China. I asked for a return shipping label multiple times without a response. It's a fake company who seems to be the middle man buying cheap lights from China and reselling them under their name... except they don't even try to put their brand name on any part of the light. The box I got said the light is 100 lumens, even though the Gopedal site quotes 800 lumens. It's junk. Can't trust anything about it.

I recently received two Go Lights from this company.
The packaging was damaged and one light was missing the central rubber on/off button.
I informed them of this issue and I have not received a reply for my issue.
The customer service is terrible and non-existent.
I will never again buy from this company.

Shocking customer service. Shocking tracking service. Still waiting for my products to arrive. Do not buy from this website.

Very disappointed. It took more than 2 weeks for the light to arrive and what came was a light in a box with the brand ‘Meroca’. I paid USD 34 for this light which I could have purchased on the open market for 15 bucks at the most. This is a scam!

They hide the fact that your purchase is converted to USD so the discount they offer for buying 2 is swallowed up in conversion charges. Web site states 2 working days dispatch after 4 days I get an email to say dispatch will be another 2 days. I cancelled my order before dispatch. Only to get refunded less than I paid because of conversion rates. Cost me money to buy nothing.

This is a scam! the shipping tracking number is fake. No package came.

Don't trust them. They say the expected delivery is 8-14 days. I am at day 35 now and still no product. The tracking didn't work for several days and then it displayed that the parcel wasn't taken to the post office for the first 12 days. Terrible customer service, they say they will follow up, and never do on multiple ocassions. I asked for a refund and no response. They delete all questions asked on public forum (facebook page). BUYER BEWARE!

I was unsure at first but good service. Came as advertised. good quality lights. Trusted. recommend.

One star for service! This company is totally unresponsive . Fails to answer basic product questions and has not replied to a request to amend an address. Postal tracking not working 6 days after notification. Doesn't give me much faith in the light ( should it ever arrive).

Zero stars. Scam. Avoid. They changed their name from Lumen Light after a few weeks but it's the same company. Did actually ship an order to me but the lights I received were not what is being advertised. Sub-standard. One doesn't turn on, one doesn't turn off. They don't respond when braking. Go Pedal doesn't respond to any emails despite saying 24/7 customer service. The lights they did send are available elsewhere for 20 per cent of the price.

Ali Express dropshipping, can't be trusted. Ordered one ages ago, never received anything and they refuse to even try to solve it. Don't buy here!

i've been looking for stuff for my bicycle and found so many scam sites, so learned a few things. i tried to write a review with 1 star in a random product and saw it didn't show it, so it's probably a scam.if they don't answer to this bad review, well you know what that means
