The item came quickly. It's very easy to use. I am drinking water that's more pure!

I purchased a pair of pods a month ago and paid for express shipping (3-4 days shipping). It’s been a month. I have not received anything. I wrote in and didn’t hear back from the staff. I bought them because I wanted to go travelling and now that date has come and gone by.

This is not the first time it’s happened. Extremely upset. Please look into your shipping options, please reply your customers quickly and please give me a refund asap.

UPDATE:

The staff got back to me and refunded me for the shipping. I received the pods a month after I ordered them. I appreciate that they were responsive and did what they could. Customer service is excellent.

container however is holding the 2nd pod captive as it cannot fit through the opening. not sure if the container is at fault or the pod - container does not appear damaged. Not a huge deal, inconvenient as I need to "fish out" the pod by catching it with a thin hook or wire.

Use of GoPurePods make managing recycling a lot easier for me. Also helps with shoping since I'm no longer purchasing/transporting bottles of water.

This is such a great innovation. I have gifted it to colleagues and friends. My dog has a water bowl too!
It is neat, so simple to use. The improved water quality and taste are undeniable. Bravo and thank you.

I’ve tried a few water filtration options over the years, and the GOpure pod is probably the first one that actually fits into my lifestyle without being a hassle.

What I like most is how simple it is. It’s the kind of thing you actually keep using because it doesn’t feel like extra effort.

I originally got it for travel, but have ended up using it more day-to-day as well. It’s reassuring knowing it’s designed to deal with things like heavy metals, and microplastics, especially when you’re in different cities and can't trust the tap water.

The new aluminum packaging is a great touch, especially when you’re traveling and trying to reduce plastic waste! We now use it at home as well, especially with my RO tank for remineralization.

Overall, really solid product. Simple, practical, and something I’d genuinely recommend whether for traveling or just trying to improve your everyday water setup.

They are expensive, but they last a long time and are easy to use.

I love my GoPure pod. Much more cost effective than buying a water filter system. I use it in my water bottle and no mater where I am the water tastes great! I can tell the difference immediately.

TERRIBLE customer service!!

I started a subscription with them in Jan 2024. One of my friends recommended them.
I got my first order without an issue.
When July came around, I got notification that my 2nd order was delivered in my mailbox
Well... it was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.

When I contacted gopure, the let me know that it was delivered in my mailbox and IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND IT MYSELF AND/OR GET AHOLD OF USPS... AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO.

I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately.

They didn't.....
I just happened to look at my bank statement and noticed I was charged for last July and Jan. I asked them to please do what's right and refund my money.

They refuse.

Worst company EVER!!!!!!

I love the fact that these are portable, however, I tested the filtered water and compared to my tap water and there was literally NO difference! And it wasn't simply a defective pod, as I tried the second one that came with the package and that after following the instructions perfectly, that one also tested the exact same results as the tap water. The pH even tested the same as my tap water - at 6.9.
I really wanted to like these, but they do not perform as advertised.

Received my pods yesterday to the Uk shipping took about 2 weeks but I was aware of that. Honestly best purchase I’ve ever made. I was trawling through water filters for one that removes fluoride as well and they were all really expensive plumbing jobs & I am no plumber!! The pods are so simple to use and the water tastes amazing, no more chlorine smell!! Instantly changes the water I am so pleased! Not only that it remineralises as well unlike reverse osmosis systems so you’re getting allll the benefits :)
The glass vials were slightly cracked on arrival but not broken, would suggest changing the packaging as it appears this happened to the reviewer before me. Would highly highly recommend.

I have bought 2 boxes of 3 GoPure Pod's however on arrival I saw that 3 glass containers were broken, which I told to GoPure Customer Service.
They then sent me a full replacement. Unfortunately, again 3 glass containers were broken. Though I was satisfied as I had got my 3 replacement GoPure Pod's I told Customer Service that again 3 glass containers were broken. I have now received those 3 GoPure Pod's and they were in a perfect condition.
I'm now a VERY happy customer.
I highly recommend GoPure Pod.
