Nick, thank you for the review. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience. I understand the frustration as I receive 75+ spam cold emails every single day myself.
We have a few different agencies that we purchased business loan leads from. They work with multiple lenders in the industry and not exclusively QualiFi.
Agencies we're working with are using multiple verticals to generate leads, Organic content across all social platforms, Paid ads, SEO, email and more.
We do have an unsubscribe that will eliminate any further communication, if you would be kind enough to share your email address or the company domain I will supress across our platform immediately.

UNSOLICITED EMAILS: I've tried to unsubscribe, I've sent emails to stop the unwanted junk emails. Nothing works!!!! I started communicating with one of the BOTS who could not prove that it was a human being all the time just saying "I can schedule a call". I told the BOT I was just around the corner from their office in Broomall and I could stop by. The BOT said, I'm not there, I can schedule a call. This is a SCAM company!!!! Don't believe the fake reviews that say they are a 5* company. Google those names to don't match up with DELCO, PA - Broomall PA - Greater Philadelphia Area....why? Because they are all FAKE!!!!!

Hello Jt, I appreciate the review and understand your frustrations for sure and apologize.
I checked our entire salesforce thoroughly for JT Brown, and do not have you in our SF CRM. Anytime, someone sends us a notification to remove / unsubscribe we immediately reply & unsubscribe across all campaigns within minutes.
I do not have one email to our company anywhere asking to unsubscribe. Our company website and social media profiles are very easily found online and rather than go immediately to Trustpilot to trash us as a scam company, it would've been simple to contact us directly either through email or any of our social platforms, which are all very visible, and we would have immediately suppressed your domain.
If you can, please forward me the email asking to unsubscribe so I can look into it. I appreciate it thoroughly and see exactly what happened here.
What most likely happened is, the marketing agencies that we retain to do lead generation for us, you we're most likely you were communicating with them. Their job is to try to schedule appointments if you're interested in financing.
If you tried to unsubscribe and it did not work for any reason, I do apologize and will look into this right away to you ensure it is taken care of.
If you do not mind, please share your email with me, I would be happy to suppress across all marketing campaigns immediately.
With regards to us being a real company, we are located at 1974 Sproul Rd, Suite 200, in Broomall PA. If you are local, please feel free to schedule an appointment to come to the office anytime during regular business hours.
We have a very nice 8000 square-foot office in Broomall, Delaware County with 30+ employees and I assure you we are an amazing company and every single review we have is from recent funded clients and their experience with us and all 100% verifiable.
The reason our reviews are not only in Broomall PA is because we are a national company and market nationwide.
We have clients in all 50 states and have several employees working across the country remote + approx 20 employees local in office in Broomall Pa.
I am truly sorry you received unwanted emails and understand your frustration as I receive more than 200-300+ emails daily of which more than 30% of them are cold outreach so i get it and will take care of it immediately for you.

Maybe stop trying to pass the buck to the predatory marketing firms that you have willingly employed for the last 1.5+ years despite multiple complaints and accept responsibility for your own business' approach and choices. If your company was in any way useful or legitimate then you wouldn't need to resort to these type of scammy tactics to lure people in. Your apologies and understanding of the inconvenience you cause means very little when you're the one creating and refusing to address the root of the problem.
And no, I won't be providing you with any more of my personal information because you've proven to me and hundreds of others that you absolutely cannot be trusted with it.

Solid Help When I Needed It

This company will not stop sending unsolicited emails no matter how many times I tell them to stop. Dan Mancini with goqualifi.com keeps emailing me over and over and over. I have told him to stop and he even agreed to stop. Then, he added me back on his list and continues to email me.

Will not stop emailing me
This company uses extremely scammy tactics to reach out to people via email, and they just do not stop no matter what you do.
The email address changes every time (so you can't block them), as does the name of the person sending (but somehow it's ALWAYS a co-founder, how many co-founders does this company have?)
Often the name in the email address and the name in the email body are completely different, as is the domain company name in the address and what's listed in the email.
The only thing that's consistent is the company name in the email body (QualiFi) and that they're offering business funding.
I have messaged them back every time to say this is entirely irrelevant to my job, and requesting to be removed from their mailing list but it has no effect, I must have received an email from them at least once a month for the last few years. Hopefully reporting them here makes them finally go away.
