Planning a family trip to Scotland has gone extremely well with a totally customized tour designed by the GoRailTours advisor. Prices were more economical than our original efforts to piece together an intinerary. Every detail has been handled! Many thanks.

The initial contact was made with Peter and after finally deciding exactly what we wanted out of our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip to Ireland and Scotland, we secured an appointment and itinerary with Gorailtours. Tristan was the main agent that helped create and make changes to the itinerary based on where we wanted to visit and when. Tristan was very personable and helpful through the whole process which happened very quickly. He was able to get us the trip we wanted and we place the deposit. We are waiting on the next stage of the process with the reservation team. But so far this has been a great experience. Thanks Tristan!

Sean really did his homework! The slideshow was a detailed preview, which was helpful for when we actually met over a video call. He answered all our questions and was very good at tweaking the itinerary to meet our needs.

This trip was for my wife’s birthday. I spoke with Adam about the places we would like to go and he sent us a well planned tour including those destinations with a good balance of excursions and free time for us to explore on our own. All of our tickets were provided to me via email and it was all seamless from moving between cities to the planned excursions.
