Their selection of materials is excellent. They produced immaculately sewn curtains, fitted them individually and to the highest standards of workmanship. They were prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with on the usual minor issues which always arise on large projects. All in all, a highly satisfactory experience!

I purchased a very expensive fabric online from this company as it was at a good price. It was a very easy transaction and the company kept me well informed about delivery. Fabric was wrapped on a roll (so no creases) and very well packaged. It arrived very quickly.

I was really glad to get such good service at the shop to help me decide what fabric I wanted. Most shops aren't interested. Made my choice & the price was better than my local stockist & so I went back to Gordon Smith for that reason too.

Ordered a Morris & Co bedding set (duvet cover and 2 oxford pillowcases) in 'Wandle' design. I specifically wanted this particular design, but nowhere else had any pillowcases in stock. Item very reasonably priced, delivered in good timescale and arrived in perfect condition.
