I have worked with Gordon over the last year . I had asked Gordon to help me with the fear of flying . Omg what a transformation , without going through the specifics , Gordon took me through a process to fight the fear of flying . Making me relaxed and being able to cope with flying . Ive been going to life enhancement classes with Gordon for many years now . I deeply value the time that Gordon has given and the progress he helped me make in my life. I have been attending the Elevate Your Life classes for some time now and had some one to one sessions with Gordon. The classes are great, new theme each week and you get to pick up some great tools to use in every day life. I’d describe my first one to one with Gordon as life changing. It helped set me on an upward trajectory. He makes you feel safe, you can trust that he has your best interest at heart and he’s passionate about what he does.

I’ve never visited a life coach before so wasn’t sure what to expect; to say I was apprehensive would be and understatement. My wife booked the appointment as a friend had used Gordon’s services, I went probably just to say I’d been, to pacify my wife and say I’d tried.
Given the way I felt i had nothing to loose, I was so low.
I can’t explain how outstanding the session was, I left more energised, confident and capable that I’d felt in years. I don’t know how it works, I can’t explain honestly what happens but go, see for yourself and I promise you won’t be disappointed

I have known Gordon for many years and have partaken in several “Elevate Your Life” workshops which I found to be invaluable. I have also invited Gordon to meet and work with my students and they themselves have embarked on a journey of self discovery and fulfilment.

I have attended Gordon’s group sessions for several years. They have got me through some challenging situations including lockdown.
Every class you come away with something great. It’s a weekly check in for me and helps keep me on track.

His knowledge of a huge range of subjects, references and quotes is amazing and he pulls on all that which makes the classes unique to what Gordon delivers. We have the privilege of benefiting from it each week in class.

I have also had 1-2-1 sessions with Gordon which are an amazing experience You have to experience it to really understand it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gordon is fantastic at what he does, I have known him for some time now and every time I have had a session with him he offers different insight and value that you don't expect before you go. His knowledge of many subjects, especially relating to his field is really strong.

Often I have booked with him when at a real low point and he provides great advice to ground you and help put things in a positive perspective.

I have been benefiting from the services of Gordon for a number of years now. For me, Gordon assists me in my maintenance of a healthy mind and I see it as the equivalent of a personal trainer for my wellbeing.
He has introduced me to a broad array of methods and techniques many of which I have since implemented in to my regular routines.
I could not recommend him highly enough

I’ve been using Gordon’s services for the last four years. The first time was when I was experiencing a real dip in confidence and a spike in anxiety. Both of which I was unsure why. Within one single session with a Gordon, he was able to support me in significantly shifting my experience with these very common negatives. I would go as far as to say transformational shift.

Since then, my family and extended family have used Gordon in times of need…some minor issues and some more significant. He has always moved the needle for them.

As a Site Leader for a global company, I asked Gordon to come and spend a day with my leadership team onsite and support them with some of the key tools he uses and I had the benefit from. This was towards the end of COVID so things were difficult and I knew that Gordon could offer some unique help. He did so, and the experience and feedback from my leadership team was one of gratitude and positive surprise. He done a great job on engaging and talking to us.

I could go on, however to summarise, I would highly recommend Gordon in supporting you with personal challenges and also in group/work/professional environment.

The one on one appointments are set in a nice, comfortable environment and he really gives good pointers tailored to the subject of the appointment or topic of discussion.

Gordon's hard work in researching really pays off. He practices what he preaches and really is a great guy all round.

Gordon instantly makes you feel comfortable in his company. Everything he does/says is absolutely outstanding. Even his voice is soothing. Couldn’t recommend this gem of a man more.
