There were points where other solicitors in the chain were far less proactive, which could easily have made an already stressful process much worse. Before buying my flat, many people warned me that solicitors can be slow to respond and that the whole process can be stressful. My experience with Kimiya was completely different. My friends were so surprised when I told them how quickly and smoothly everything progressed.
