Ordered three BB creams to stock up but accidentally ordered the wrong shade. Customer support were supremely helpful, trying to stop the order but when it was too late they sent a returns label and the return was super easy. They issued the refund the same day they received the items back. Reordered the correct shade and they arrived two days later.
The polite and helpful customer service was the best part! Having had a not so satisfying experience in the past, with delays etc, they have certainly improved. And the BB cream is the best I've found.

The products are lovely and Gosh. me a great service. Staff emailed to let me know that I hadn't included my address. Once I replied, they immediately sent the parcel.

My wife loves the lipstick no more to say .😊

Unfortunately the BB powder I ordered has an odd grey hue to it. When I raised this with customer services, they suggested I’d simply bought a shade too light for my complexion.
I have incredibly pale skin. But I wasn’t talking about the lightness of the product. It’s grey!

I have bought these pearls over a few years now and have always found that they suit my skin and give it a lovely glow. It definitely is one that I trust. I would certainly recommend them. They’re not a bad price and they came very quickly

I have used Gosh matte lipstick 'Cinnamon' for many years. I moved to the UK and could not find it anywhere. Checked Superdrug so many times for that too. Bought two other lipsticks but they did not suit me as well as this one does. So I had to order it online for which I was charged a delivery fee. Please open stores or stock up in major UK cities so we can try on different shades.

The cream I get is wonderful used it for a long time, you stop making it , but have now started again which is great

As always, i received my products in good time. Being an allergy sufferer, I've been using the eyeliners and eyebrow pencils for years now..which i find excellent, they don't irritate eye area which most other makes do!

Great company ,quick delivery and fantastic products ,have used Gosh make up for along time ,when Superdrugs stocked it in their stores now I have to order online as no where near me stocks it anymore . Best makeup for women who are going through the menopause and need make up to stay on .

I was very satisfied with the eyebrow pencil, it was packaged well-protected and came with a free sample of primer. I absolutely adore this product!
