Beaucoup de "merch", on doit faire un choix mais on les achèterait tous et plusieurs superbes saveurs de cafés tous aussi savoureux les uns que les autres. Encore un choix déchirant a faire.
L'entreprise est en expansion et d'une très belle facon.
Fait vraiment essayer sinon on passe a côté de quelque chose là.

Le site est trompeur, car par défaut l'option de renouvellement automatique est selectionnée. Lorsque qu'on essaie de se prévaloir de l'option de retour, le commerçant n'honore pas sa propre politique de retour. Plus d'un mois sans avoir de solution. Le commerçant semble espérer que l'acheteur se tanne avant de réellement régler le problème avec lui. De plus le délai de livraison a été mauvais sur ma commande. Très mauvaise expérience client de A à Z!

I've been trying to get a refund on a 100$+ order and they have been radio silent it's not shipped by their own admission and yet no one will reply to my emails it's infuriating.

I purchased the Goth Rider Coffee Gasoline in the K Cups the coffee was great but the service was not the pods are total garbage the coffee is full of grains when contacted them about it I wasn’t offered a refund of not even a discount I will never buy there products again

Well, Gothrider has reached a new low, refusing to look at the name on the customer credit card which paid for their merchandise. Rather than accept that I placed a Christmas order for my husband using my daughter's e-mail (although paying with my credit card - name on) they are now saying that I am in fact impersonating myself in writing a negative review of their service and company in general. My review is based on my experiences with them over more than a month. The merchandise is not only disappointing as it isn't as pictured, but their customer service is reprehensible. Again, embarrassing that a Canadian company is so reckless with the people who wish to support them. I hope no one else is treated the way I have been. This company does not deserve your business.

This company has great products, great tasting coffee but the customer support team is shocking. Ive been a customer for a couple of years and things go wrong but as a customer I shouldn't have to chase across 3 different media channels and wait 7 days to get an update on where my order is after already waiting 3 weeks for it to be shipped. Communication needs to get better please guys c'mon!
