Easier tracking when the product is…
Easier tracking when the product is shipped. When ordering a product it should be in stock, otherwise saying that it is on backorder and have an option button to be notified when it is in stock again. I have been waiting on some orders from April and have not received them because they are on backorder.

For all items that are on backorder, there will be a note in blue across from the price that says "Available To Order" and will list the expected ship date. We are actively working on a feature to allow you to be notified of a products' availability.

Ordered on 6/11 & it is now 7/1 & it still hasn’t shipped also was priced $45 higher than other competitors. Customer service is quick to offer refund 🙁

I like everything about my purchases but if I was able to choose more shipping options I would be delighted. I have an unfortunate usps delivery service. Being able to choose between FedEx or usps would be very helpful.
