More Than a Guide – An Unforgettable Experience
From the very beginning, our guide made the whole experience feel effortless and special. He is professional, punctual, respectful, and incredibly attentive to his guests. His knowledge of the area is outstanding. He knows the best places to visit, recommends excellent hotels, and always has great suggestions that add something extra to the journey. You never feel like you are simply following a standard itinerary. What makes him truly exceptional is the way he takes care of his guests. He listens, understands what you enjoy, and adjusts the schedule whenever needed. Everything is well organized, but there is always room for flexibility and personal wishes. We felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout the entire trip. More than just a great guide, he is someone who genuinely cares about giving his guests the best possible experience. A truly memorable journey and a guide we would recommend 100%!

We had a great two days with our guide Clare, pickup and itinerary were confirmed ahead of time and exactly as agreed. Clare was friendly and knowledgeable and also assisted with things like restaurant reservations which was appreciated. We also had a private driver in a lovely air conditioned car to transport between attractions included in the price.

Our private tours of the Bernese Oberland and Appenzell with Fernando exceeded every expectation and became two of the highlights of our time in Switzerland.

From the outset, Fernando delivered the personalized attention, professionalism, comfort, flexibility, and impeccable service one hopes for from a truly high-quality private experience. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to relax fully and appreciate the spectacular scenery.

We never felt rushed, and Fernando adjusted the pace naturally so we could linger where we wished, enjoy each stop, and take in the magnificent surroundings. Serkan arranged transportation from our hotel to the old city and then to the airport which was really helpful for our group of 10 during our Istanbul layover. We saw so much in a short time. It was a great intro to Istanbul - peaking our interest for a return trip.

After touring the Japanese country side we wanted a taste of Tokyo that was traditionally urban.
Observation tower, appreciation of the size of the sheer scale of the city, little alley ways with speciality eateries, karaoke bars in hidden spots. Sighting the bullet train, scramble square, Noriko our guide from this company showed us exactly what we wanted to experience

Yukiko was an exceptional tour guide. Planned everything out perfectly. Very knowledgeable. She is also a nurse. My daughter has muscle dystrophy and Yukiko really helped my daughter and carefully planned logistics. Very caring person and great to spend time with.

We had a wonderful time in Agadir Marocco, with our guide Hamza, we definately recommend him.

As soon as Francisco M. greeted us under the towering aqueduct in the main square of Segovia, we knew he had the right energy to guide is through the highlights and significant historical anecdotes of the City. By the end of the tour, Francisco proved to be the "Segovia Whisperer", from local legends, to old wives tales to proven historical facts he knows it all. A fantastic day in Guangzhou!

We contacted Karen on short-notice when our flight plans changed and we learned we would have a day in Guangzhou while on a layover before heading to our next destination. Karen was great at proposing ideas of what to do during our time in the city, and was very flexible with adjustments we needed to make based on our time constraints. She took such good care of us - met us at the airport, guided us through some must-see sights and activities in the city, and made sure we were back at the airport again in time for our departure flight. We really have nothing but good memories of our little layover in Guangzhou and our fantastic guide Karen, who was so enthusiastic to show us her city - thank you!!!

George was an incredible guide to us; show us around, took us to do different things, experience the most popular place for lunch among locals, meet amazing people and learnt a lot! He was really sweet and kind also with the kids, we all loved the experience! Thanks so much George!

We booked the Istanbul Highlights Tour with Yagmur and it was the best decision of our trip. She was warm and quick to respond from our very first message, and it only got better from there. The day covered Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar, and Yagmur brought every stop to life. She explains centuries of history like a friend telling you stories, not a lecture, pointing out details we'd have walked right past on our own. She paced the day perfectly, knew when to slow down and grab a coffee, and steered us toward local spots for lunch that were far better than anything we'd have found ourselves. By the end of the day it felt like we'd made a friend, not just hired a guide. If you're headed to Istanbul, book with Yagmur. You'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the city and stories you'll be telling for years.

Great family time with Tomoko
Our family time with Tomoko was amazing It was a pleasure to spend the day with someone we had the impression of knowing already for a very long time and who was so experienced about great places to visit and also local restaurants. We absolutely recommend this experience for first timers in Tokyo.

We had a wonderful guide, Anna, in Tallin, Estonia on our recent cruise. She was very knowledgeable and shared lots of history with us. She was delightful! We are seniors and were concerned about getting back to the ship. She made sure we got back safely. This is the first we chose Go With Guide and we would certainly do so again. Anna was the best! Thank you!

We had a taxi driver in Aomori to take us up to the Lake Towada area to fly fish, hike, sight see, and have lunch. It was complicated in that we don’t speak Japanese and our driver didn’t speak English. Google Translate was a huge help. We were able to get a fishing license and find out where we could fish, and hike. The driver was very nice and accommodating. It turned out to be a really nice day.

Leandra was amazing from the very beginning. She kept me updated before the tour, so I always knew what to expect, and when we met, it felt like exploring Kawagoe with a friend. She was so friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely wanted to make the day special. She checked in throughout the tour to see if there was anything specific I wanted to do or see. I mentioned that my mom had asked me to bring home temple prayer beads, and she immediately looked up a nearby temple so we could make a stop. It wasn't on the itinerary, but she went out of her way to make it happen, and I really appreciated that personal touch. The itinerary was the perfect mix of history, culture, and time to wander. Seeing the wind chime festival at Hikawa Shrine was beautiful, strolling through the historic streets of Little Edo was like stepping back in time, and Candy Alley was such a fun place to explore. It was also an extremely hot day, but Leandra made sure we never felt rushed. She kept a comfortable pace, found opportunities for us to cool off, and made sure we took breaks along the way. She was always checking to make sure I was comfortable, and those little acts of kindness made such a difference. If you're thinking about booking a tour with Leandra, do it. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, flexible, and truly cares about giving you an experience that's tailored to you. This was one of my favorite days in Japan, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Wendy was an awesome tour guide for our "express" yet customized day trip to Teotihuacan! We had a group of ten including a grandparent in her mid-70s and five kids ages 7-12. The whole trip was simple and stress-free booking with Wendy: from the private car AirBnb pick up, to the tailored, narrated tour of the main pyramids, to our request to have lunch at La Gruta. She provided lots of historical context and also cultural context throughout our car ride and the tour. It was the perfect amount for our group, and we recommend her highly!

I arranged to get myself to Aomori by train and see the Nembuta museum on my own time so pick up was at 10am. I then went to the 2 art galleries and the rice paddy art. I was then driven home (to Misawa). It was a long day but made easy and a good price considering the time and distance covered. Would recommend, no complaints.

If you have ever heard that the people of Japan are hospitable, that is an understatement. Dai is 2nd to none when it comes to efficiency, timeliness, and hospitality. He took the time to look at our itinerary and ensure we were able to see everything by organizing in an efficient manner. He ensured we reached every train on time but never felt rushed. He encouraged our children to explore and explained the landmarks we were visiting and made it fun and not a history lesson. He found local food spots so we could experience authentic Japanese food. When he felt our hesitation on navigating the train system back to the airport, he rode with us all the way to Narita (60 min), only to get back on the train to go home. His hospitality and dedication to his craft, made our trip one of the most memorable we ever had. He is an exemplary guide and we are so grateful for him. If you book your tour with him, you will not be disappointed. Guaranteed! :)
