Very good and fast support
Just started giving GPL Family a try, and so far have been very impressed. On installation of one theme, had a issue with the demo import, so sent the support team a request and it was resolved very quickly. Im also impressed as i didnt think a demo import issue was an issue they were going to support, but was pleasantly surprised. GPL Family is great value and a large range of themes and plugins is available.

Super Responsive Customer Support
Although I had an issue with payment going through for a bit, any bad mood from that hassle was more than made up for with their impressive super quick and super friendly customer service.

My Go To GPL when Testing Plugins and Themes
While building or staging sites or testing plugins and themes GPL Fam... has been my go to site. Communication has been terrific and if I ran into an issue, we collectively solved it. Nothing in the world is perfect, but I appreciate when people work together to solve a problem. Keep in mind you may have to purchase the plugin from the plugin author to get proper specific support. So buck up!

Very bad experience
Maine Gplfamily se coupon theme purchase kiya hai. Ye theme use nahi ho pa raha hai. Themeshop se connect ke baad hi activate hoga. Maine ticket raise ki thi lekin gplfamily ki tarf se koi response nai aya.

First good GPL site I have come across!!
The support team is very good and supporting. I had issue with one plugin and got my problem solved within 24hrs. They cleared all the problems with the plugin.
Plus, All the major plug-ins and themes are present which GPL sites don't provide like complete Thrive Theme products.
Plugins too worked fine.
Best GPL site I found plus the membership price is reasonable too.
I highly recommend GPL Family!!!
