GPnav and Practice Managers View

GPnav has become essential in care navigation of our patients here at Peel GPs. It ensures that patients are receiving consistent messaging regardless of who they speak to from our reception team. It also helps to alleviate the pressure on the team as they don't have to remember everything (and as we know there is a lot), this is also helping to speed up our staff training and hopefully will help with retention.

The workflow builds are easy to create, user friendly and can be updated as soon as something changes within a pathway. The community library is also a great resource to both tap in to and share to.

Highly recommend for any practice

A key part of our care navigation offer

We have been using GP nav for care navigation and streamlining of admin procedures at Peel GPs since the platform launched.

It has been a really positive experience and is now a core part of how we can make sure that we are making consistent and equitable offers to our patients while also ensuring that our staff are optimising use of the wide variety of services and access options that are now available.

The system has helped significantly when onboarding and training new reception team members.

GP nav has also made it easy to demonstrate capacity and access requirements to the wider system.

The GP nav team are always responsive to any queries and any suggestions that we have had.

Brilliant Tool.
We use GP Nav at our practice and both admin and clinicians love it. It's really easy to use and the team are very approachable for new ideas on how to make it even better!

GPNav transformed our Care Navigation

Last year Ribblesdale Medical Practice implemented GPNav to improve our care navigation processes, and it has completely transformed the way our front-of-house team manages patient calls and care navigation.

the system is intuitive, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly, and it genuinely supports our staff to direct patients to the right service, first time.
