Suppose to have next day delivery.5 days onstill not received my item.left a message with you no reply back .had to speak to pay pal about it.service is far below standard.

Running watches are always expensive! However, GPSOutlet somehow smashes the competition with their prices. Therefore, I always suspected there may be a catch, but there were only a few minor drawbacks.

Using the website was easy and efficient. I was able to easily order what I wanted and there are several ways to pay for your goods. Moreover, there are optional extras if you need them. You can pay for an extended warranty and extra accessories.

The delivery options are for the next day (signed) or free delivery. I wasn't in a rush and subsequently; I selected the latter option. This was where my major issue arose. Sadly, the promised delivery day of 2 business days passed and my watch was not delivered. 10 days later, my purchase had arrived, and this left me a little disappointed.

While I waited for my delivery, I had several conversations with a customer service employee called Daniel via email (the phone number simply rings to voicemail). He was professional, apologetic, and informative. He advised me of several distribution problems and offered me compensation due to the delays I had experienced (free extended warranty).

When the watch arrived, it was delivered in a larger box than I expected. This instantly struck me as strange, but I opened it nonetheless. Instead of receiving the product in an official compact Garmin box, all my goods were loosely packed into a larger container with a cheap label on them. The items were all present and well-protected with bubble wrap. Yet, if this was a gift for someone, I would be a little underwhelmed.

I'm not sure if the odd packaging and delayed delivery would put me off buying from this company again. However, the goods are quality, authentic, and the customer service was really good.

Be aware if you wish to use this site that you may not get official packaging and you may have to wait a long time to get your product. Other than these issues, I got what I paid for and I'm loving the discount I received over their competitors.

We ordered a fenix 6 on the 4th February and I still don't have it 13 days later! We were sent a tracking number on the 8th February but the royal mail still haven't received it from GPS outlet. On the 13th February we were told GPS outlet had a COVID outbreak and the Swindon royal mail branch had issues too. At this point Daniel did say that he would make sure it was sent on the 14th and we would receive by the 15th. The 15th has been and gone and now they are saying they actually dont have stock and will send when they do on the 17th. We have asked for a refund but their reply is they will send on the 17th. Amazon are selling a new one for £40 more or a renewed for £20 more - I just wish I had done that instead. If I could have give 0 stars I would have.

The fact I’m being asked for a review before actually receiving my items is laughable. I paid for next day delivery (Thursday) and it’s now Tuesday, with no clear update in sight. Due an update by 10am today, although it’s very much unclear if the items should be here by 10 or just an update as to where they are. My hunch is the item was not dispatched when they said it was and Royal Mail are still expecting it.

Ordered a garmin watch from this site 5 days ago with promise of 1-2 day delivery but package still hasn't even been dispatched to Royal mail. Will update if I ever get this purchase!

Ordered a Garmin sat nav 10 days ago, received a tracking code saying it had been dispatched but has no further tracking information. Tried to contact gps outlet but no answer to either phone calls or emails. Doesn’t look like I am going to receive my Garmin and I cannot contact to get a refund.

Still waiting on my Garmin watch. Ordered a week ago (1-2 days delivery). Have tried to email, live chat and call the company with no response. Tracking number they provided on the order confirmation has not updated. Opened a PayPal dispute as have no confidence the item will actually arrive.

Edit: after opening a PayPal dispute GPSOutlet refunded me within an hour or so which is at least 1 good thing. Which is basically an admission that the item was never dispatched to me as they said it was out for delivery today which is clearly a lie because if that was the case I would not have got a full refund incase the item was delivered. Shocking service and avoid this company if you actually want your item. Will pay a little bit more from somewhere else and will probably have it by tomorrow.

The price was great but delivery is really poor. I was told because of COVID delivery could be longer when ordering as the website says 2 working days. This is just an excuse to deliver items late.

When I ordered my watch on a Monday I also ordered mountaineering boots from Spain, which came on the Thursday, items from Millets that came next day, items from Amazon which came Tuesday and Wednesday. When I contacted GPS customer services on the Thursday I was told delivery would be the following Tuesday.

If you can wait then GPS prices are good but if you are after quick delivery then they are light years behind the competition.
