I recently purchased the Garmin Fenix 9 Pro from GPS Training and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

As a keen outdoor enthusiast, my activities include fast hiking, trail running, rucking (weighted hiking) and indoor cycling. Having previously used another leading brand of sports watch, I genuinely believe Garmin offers the best all-round package for my particular needs.

The navigation and mapping capabilities are superb, the AMOLED display is exceptionally clear, and the battery life is excellent. I am also a big fan of Garmin Connect, which provides a fantastic platform for monitoring and analysing my training across multiple activities.

Equally deserving of praise is GPS Training itself. Over the past five-plus years, I have purchased several products from Jon, and the customer service has consistently been first-class. Jon's knowledge, professionalism and genuine commitment to his customers are outstanding. The additional online support provided by Andy is equally impressive and a real credit to the business.

It's refreshing to deal with a specialist retailer that not only supplies excellent products but also provides knowledgeable, friendly and reliable after-sales support.

First class service from a first class company. Called GPS training to discuss purchase of a Garmin 710. Jon explained the options of the 700 series and confirmed 710 as the one to meet my needs. The 710 arrived safely the next day, all set up ready. I’ve been watching the training videos and using the ‘bot’. All superb. Brilliant service!

I recently purchased a TwoNav Terra gps device from GPS Training, after an informative phone call with Jon, and his unbiased recommendation. The unit arrived extremely promptly, and after several, unhurried calls to Jon and Andy, was set up and loaded with my gpx routes. The on line resource and training guide, is easy to use, even for me who is not overly “technical”.
I have just completed the End to End, the first cycle tour I have ever used a gps device on in over 40 years….it was brilliant, intuitive, clear to read, even when I changed the route on the fly. One, user error, was resolved, via a phone call to Andy, whilst in a pub carpark in Sunderland! Outstanding professional service, not just selling a gps, but after sales and technical support, exactly what I was after, exactly what was delivered, thank you guys.
