I placed an order at the end of May & you delivered everything but targets. I have called 3 times & spoke to customer service & got 3 different answers. Just ship me the targets that I paid for.

Canceled my order for no reason with no explanation. They refer to "past experiences" I am not aware of, apparently they have a history of doing this to people and then they try to get the reviews removed. This appears to be a fishy business practice.
I would avoid this retailer. Save your emails to prove this to trustpilot.
Update grab a gun has tried to have this taken down by requesting more information. Luckily I have all the screenshots and emails. They will cancel your order for no reason and then try to have your review taken down more to come.
Update - Still no specific reason as to this "good fit nonsense". They don't answer emails regarding this odd claim. Difficult? No specific incident I'm aware of. Other reviewers seem to not be a good fit either. Were they difficult as well? Did we order something that was priced too low? Hmmmm. Something fishy there. Since I've only made one other purchase from them and there were no issues as well as being years ago this seems to be a sketchy business practice. There are a plethora of competent sellers out there who dont make this difficult so there are no hard feeling here, just an honest review.

The only thing I was disappointed about with my order was I did not receive an email or tracking number to know when my purchase was going to arrive at my FFL. The people I spoke with on the phone were great and very helpful.

GAG service takes care of mistake & delay
Ordered several items including some ammo. The first part of the order shipped within the normal 3-5 business days. When it arrived the ammo was packed loosely in a box that was too large and smashed around on the other items. Nothing was damaged. The second part of the order took about 10 days. They claimed the second set of ammo was out of stock. Now, the service member made good on all of this! He appologized for the bad ammo shipment of the first order, placed a report to the shipping team to correct future orders, and refunded all shipping costs due to that and the delay. So GAG took responsibility and fixed the issues. I am thankful for that. Will buy more from GAG in the future.

I bought this magazine on Grabagun because it was for a friend who was looking for one. He’s older and on a limited income, so I found one and he was excited about replacing one he lost. He is a happy man now.

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company! They have some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a firearm during a sale that included a $100 manufacturer rebate. They waited until after this offer was over to inform me via email that they would not ship the firearm to an FFL in my state with the magazines because they were “high capacity”. The major selling point of this particular firearm was that it came with five 17 round magazines. After informing them that I was in law enforcement and could provide my ID showing I am within the allowable round count for law enforcement in my state, they informed me that they still would not ship them with the gun and that would be the only way they would fulfill my order. They did GENEROUSLY offered to remove all five of the magazines and ship the firearm at the same cost, despite removing approximately $250 of the value from the order. I then inquired about the fact that I had ordered during this particular sale and now I was going to miss out on the $100 rebate, asking if there was anything they could do to help me out if I purchased some else that they would be willing to ship…. The answer was no sorry you are s@!t out of luck. Great customer service. Not sure why they believe it is there job to restrict the access of magazines to the state when it is being sent to an FFL Dealer. It’s the FFLs job to make sure restricted items are compliant prior to the sale or that the purchaser of said item are exempt. Horrible I’ll stick to dealing with primary arms and palmetto state armory they have always had great costumer service they just didn’t have this item in stock at the time.
Bought a gun and then not
So I bought a gun, which came with a 25 rd magazine, which the state I was shipping to only accepts 15 mags, so I asked to take the 25 rd out of the box and ship with additional 25 rd magazine I bought and was shipped, they said no they can not, but they could take the magazine out of the box then ship the gun, so they would take the mag out of the box but not to ship it to a legal address. They did offer a full refund, just thought that the magazines could have been shipped to the address that they already shipped the additional one to.
Not very organized
I made a purchase of 2 items. 1 CMMG 9mm barrel and bcg combo and 1 law tactical folder. After I made my purchase it only took a few days to receive an email stating my order had shipped. Few day after that I got notified my order was delivered and when I got home I opened my package to find only the CMMG barrle/bcg was in it. I did not receive anything stating that my items would be shipped separate or any additional tracking information. I contacted customer service asking about my item and a tracking information and got a email that said “ Well it has not shipped so there is not a tracking number yet.” I then asked if they had or could provide an estimated ship date and then I got “At the moment if I give you a date I would be lying. Due to it still being processed until it has finished we cannot give you a shipping ETA.” Needless to say after everything I cancelled this part of my order and re orders form another site witch shipped the day after and received in 3 days. From all this I gathered if you order from this site only order one item at a time.
Nothing like spending $$$ and a day…
Nothing like spending $$$ and a day later they offer a better deal on the same item. I called them to see what I can do. They basically told me to go pound salt. I will never buy from them anymore. I received a flashlight that was used . They pew pew bag has a huge hole in it. My sights come in today . Can't wait to see what I really get. Customer Service is horrible, I had to say hello several times to make sure he was on the phone.
