This is our second time ordering grab bars from GrabBars.com. They are more attractive than many and certainly sturdy. The first time I misordered an accessory and I was able to return it without a problem. Highly recommend!

Bars arrived as advertised (quickly). Used a preferred vendor, had bars installed in just over a week from the time I ordered until installation.
