Purchased 2 x grabo units over the past…
Purchased 2 x Grabo units over the past 2 years. The first machine deleloped a fault just after the warranty period where the battery connector which is spring loaded failed. You could be forgiven for thinking this was just a one off. Then low and behold the 2nd unit failed for exactly the same reason with a faulty spring loaded battery connector. I assume that i can't be the only unlucky person that this has happened too. Clearly this is a design fault by Grabo. If you try to get Grabo to do anything about it they just refer you to the website where they offer a repair service at a cost of £75.60 per unit. In this case that would be a combined cost of £151.20. If the machine cannot be repaired then apparently you can use that money as credit for a new body. I won't be paying to repair these machines, not when there is clearly a design fault which they are not owning. Will certainly be taking my money else where in future. Do not waste your money on these guys if you need a reliable machine with a decent after sales service.
