Never backed up a false claim for a hotel in Thorndon claiming to be newly refurbished and never refunded. Plus sales rep at time was questionable and provided false information. Rubbish.

We booked the Royal Mail Run to Kawau Island. Very easy to book via GrabOne and submitting it to the ticket desk on the day went extremely smoothly.

Simple and easy to buy off Grabone. Good deals!

I have ordered many, many things from GrabOne, I have never had an issue until recently.
Unfortunately, my dog ate 1 of my newly ordered earbuds, so reluctantly I ordered another pair.
However, this 2nd pair did not arrive.
I contacted GrabOne and explained the situation.
I received near daily contact from GrabOne and from the courier. The courier advised me when they had been delivered and with a photo of the package in my letterbox.
However, the company that was selling the earbuds kindly offered to refund me or replace them.
They were always very professional and polite, and I will continue to use GrabOne.

I ordered and paid for what I had purchased and within about 5 days I had received it. The whole process was very straightforward, and I am most satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

Very happy with the service from Grab One. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong item in error initially, but Grab One were amazing in getting it sorted. Emma from GrabOne Helpdesk almost immediately responded to my email and forwarded me on to the Merchant to arrange the replacement. She also stayed in touch through the whole process until the correct item had been received. The customer service I received exceeded my expectations!

The Electric spin scrubber was exactly as described, arrived quickly and was very effective.

UPDATE: Grab One (same day) have given me a good faith credit. Im very happy, more so that I got the credit, than the amount. Its a lesson to check the vendors website in future as it wasnt stated that they only open 4 days a week for lunch. So have amended my feedback. Thank you Grab One! **** I purchased a MG Voucher for a lunchbox. There were 15 valid days after I purchased. 7 of those 15 days were closed for lunch. So that meant the voucher was only valid for 8 lunch days. Thats appalling considering it wasnt on the voucher. If it said that I would not have purchased. I contacted Grab One on the last day & they said no refund or credit. That stinks. We all know that many people may not be able to use in 8 days (over two week). If you work Mon-Fri 9-5, you could only purchase 4 days in that two weeks. If anyone else had this problem, contact Grab One & let them know! I used to love Grab One but later purchases have ended up lemons for me and a few of my friends. So Im sending them all the info & Ill let you guys know what they do!

Easy to order the product and it arrived earlier than advised.

Such an easy process to purchase and access online all while standing in the queue. Wairakei is an experience you don't want to miss.

Purchasing was simple and using the voucher was just as easy.

They make is seem as if some suppliers are local with local stock but, in fact, they are based in China. Would be good to know before you place an order, not find out when you have to wait 3 weeks for an order.

The products have still not arrived and looking today at delivery it shows them to be being delivered in Oamaru which is over 8 hours away from here. How they have been sent there I can not understand.

I bought a flat toilet brush for my caravan. I is perfect as it sticks on the wall in a very narrow gap and wont slide around perfect caravan hack!!!
