My move from Melbourne to Sydney went smoothly and seamlessly as per the plan. The communication throughout was excellent. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Let me say moving from Melbourne to Perth is a huge undertaking.

From start to finish everyone I had dealings with at Grace were so helpful and professional.

Danick in the Hallam Office was amazing she kept in contact, and was always available to assist when I rang. Danick arranged transport for our pets and three vehicles also.

Tully came out to quote and was a breath of fresh air , very different from other company sales persons. He spent time with us and answered our many questions.
Nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of uplift Sean, Neil and Bobby were great, they seemed to do things effortlessly and were extremely careful with our belongings. Vish and Gree joined the team later in the day to complete the job. All the team were cheerful and made what could have been a stressful day, stress free.

Our team in WA for delivery were Josh, Sean and Tristan. They were really happy energetic guys, also very careful with our belongings. They made getting our king size bed upstairs look easy.

Both teams never marked any walls at either house, and there were some tight spots and tricky areas to navigate.

So a huge thank you to all at Grace.

The quote estimation for the move was spot on. The pick up team knew their job really well.
The drop off team did a great job piling up my things in the garage.

I was offered a remote opportunity with the company that I work with and grace was the third party responsible for my moving arrangements.
They made a nerve racking experience turned to an easy and helpful experience.
Email responses were quick, the removalists were helpful and the office team made sure that I was in good hands even after the job was done.

We used Grace Removals Group for our recent office relocation in Melbourne and we couldn't recommend then more. Our experience from initial contact to completion of our relocation was fabulous. Their professionalism and organisation were much appreciated and made a very overwhelming office move easy and stress-free for us. There was over five months from the date of collection in Melbourne up to the date of delivery at our residence in the UK. We were not informed of the possibility that it would take this long, to the contrary, during the initial consultation we were told it would likely be two to three months. When we complained about the lengthy wait, a Grace representative explained that this was because our possessions were kept in storage until there were enough other customers' loads to justify shipping. There was no apology and no refund given - in other words, despite paying a high price, our needs and rights were irrelevant. To make matters worse, the subcontractor in the UK forced US to cover an additional fee of £180 pounds so they could use a smaller van to access our street. I questioned this additional charge (with Grace staff copied in), and was told this charge was not covered by the agreement with Grace. This was after I'd already told Grace how dissatisfied we were with the lengthy delay in transportation. Grace staff said and did nothing to help. On delivery day, the subcontractor did use the smaller van, but ALSO brought their bigger truck outside our front door without issue.

The service from Grace was great! Door to door with no issues. The insurance for my shipment was a little high though, i would recommend to insure its elsewhere!

We chose Grace for their professional and friendly approach. We were not disappointed the entire team were so helpful and respectful understanding the stress of moving home especially interstate. They arranged flying our pets, vehicles and two families over to our new home in Tasmania. We highly recommend Grace to anyone moving.

I would have given an 11/10 if possible because Grace really did more than we expected.
From the start with the team in Melbourne to the finish with the team in Queensland, and throughout the journey inbetween, Grace have been absolutely fantastic, supportive, understanding while offering great advice.
Our furniture removal wasn't always straight forward with our property at our end destination requiring some surprise construction works.
Grace were very understanding even storing our belongings while our property works were completed and then delivering to our address at an apartment complex in such a professional manner that even the neighbours were very impressed.
A very big thank you to all of the Grace team members in Victoria and Queensland.

I was well informed with all the details I needed to move internationally comfortably. The crew for packing, moving & delivering were all very friendly & cautious of my whole household belongings. Grace helped organise a smooth transfer with my cat & has made this big move happen with ease & I would recommend them to annoying moving interstate or international. Many thanks to all the crew

Edit 16-Aug-23: Two weeks since the Grace response to this review, and still no sign of a representative from Grace contacting me.

Very disappointing. The Grace salesperson was great - very accommodating, answered queries quickly, and we felt safe shipping with Grace. However, our furniture was not treated with the utmost care that we were assured of, and it arrived insufficiently packaged and damaged. The insurance (that we had no control over) covers barely a third of what it is worth, not to mention the cost of the insurance in the first place. It would have been cheaper to give away our expensive furniture for free and buy new in our new country. Grace blamed the crew who packaged our furniture, rather than take responsibility as a company for it. Not recommended.

I wish I could give 1 star. I send used items from Melbourne to India and these guys have been the worst to deal with. They promised a seamless door to door cargo service and they have been horrible to deal with. They have hidden costs that they do not tell you about. They charge more after you have paid the initial invoice and they have very dodgy partners that also send invoices after I had paid 100% upfront.

Amazing service! We have used Grace four times in the past 5 years and couldn't be happier! Matt & Joxy were so careful, helpful and professional. Price was competitive and service was exceptional! Thanks again.
