As I work in the International Logistics industry, I feel well qualified to give an opinion on the service we received. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the service I received from Grace and their agents in London (Bonner). I have not yet travelled to the UK, so this review is written without me having received my goods, however I know that the shipment has arrived and is in storage and arrangements are already in place for delivery the day after I arrive in London. My enquires were always promptly and courteously handled and everyone was very willing to assist in anyway they could. A very good service thus far!

The actual pick up to storage to drop off in our new home interstate was seamless. The guys doing the hard manual work were all amazwith their attitude and stron work ethics.

From our first interaction with Grace we noticed how professional the company operated. We packed all our own items. We were very impressed how the guys who packed the containers to the guys who delivered, so careful with all our items. These six guys (3 in Melbourne & 3 in Brisbane) were a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We needed a reputable company to safely deliver our items from Melbourne to Queensland. Grace is the only company we would ever use.

I found them very helpful and courtious to deal with when both planning to use their service and once my removal was in progress. Although they had to change my delivery date due to weather events they were very helpful in accommodating a new date that fitted my needs.
The good were delivered in good condition and though some inconvenience was caused by a delay from scheduled delivery time they were most apologetic and the delivery guys were helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would use them again and recommend them to others

Excellent, they went beyond to make sure my furniture arrived on time.

Really great experience right from the start. I was visited by a rep (Ross) and he worked out exactly what I needed and how to go about it. Other companies I contacted did not offer this service. On moving day the guys from Grace expertly packed every thing I had not.
I dropped my trailer off at the depot the day before.
Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition to my home in Thailand. I would not hesitate to recommend Grace.

The Grace team was patient, polite, and professional throughout the entire process of shipping my items from Australia to the UK. They do all of this at a fantastic price BUT make sure you find out who is fulfilling the recipient of shipment on the other end, and if there are any additional charges.

I missed that part and have to spend a little more as the team who collects, processes, and delivers to the final destination is subcontracted by Grace, who won't know exactly how much is being charged for their part of the chain. I recommend Grace for shipping and would definitely use them again.

An excellent combination of professionalism and friendliness. Grace made my move as stress-free as possible. I've been using Grace since 1998 when they packed up and moved the entire contents of my house to Malaysia. I've also used them for an interstate move as well as a local move and long term storage. I always choose Grace for the peace of mind which far outweighs saving a few dollars with other companies.

When Grace came to our home to pack and load our household items for shipment to Queensland they told us to relax and not to worry they would take care of everything and they were absolutely right it was a very relaxing experience they were great. Moving could be quite nerve racking but not with Grace. When our furniture and items were delivered to our new home in Queensland by Grace in Burleigh Heads it was the same relaxing experience the were amazing too. Very experienced and nice people couldn’t do enough for you including the office management people. I would recommend Grace Removals to everyone for a great experience.

Very professional service. Removalist were efficient and quick. Items were delivered on time and the car pick up and drop off was very well organised and went without any problems.
