Our experience using Grace Removals and Storage was great. From the time we got a quote to pick up our goods in Port Douglas and store in Newcastle until we purchased another house some two years later.
Everything was delivered in the same condition it went into storage by the friendly staff in Newcastle.

I had two moves in 4 days and access to my house was very difficult. The crews were amazing - professional efficient and friendly. I can’t thank them enough. Great value for the $. A bit more expensive than other companies but worth it.

From the moment we decided to use grace, they have been fantastic. They were ontime, gave us great honest feedback on what we needed, and were very professional. The guys that came to move the furniture were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, taking care of our belongings and even lifting some really heavy fragile pieces. Even when there was an issue get some of our large furniture kut of the house, they were totally professional and solved any issues that came up. I would recommend Grace to anyone. Our delivery guys from Newcastle were the best, they did an excellent job and interacted with us really well, they did everything we asked of them.

Don’t bother with over removal companies. These guys and girls were delightful, courteous and extremely efficient.

Most importantly, the teams (both on uplift and on delivery) turned up when they said they would. They were very helpful. The delivery team placed the furniture where I asked them to. I have moved numerous times, always with Grace. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best.

Everything and everyone from sales to pickup and shipping were wonderful, professional and friendly. Very good service. I would use them again in a heartbeat

Honestly, I haven't used a removalist so good. From the quotation of moving my house and car interstate to delivery, it's been fantastic. I can't find any fault with Grace. Yes, you may pay more, but it's worth it. Caitlyn and Savanah from Newcastle were great. The two packers were efficient and the removals guys were great - especially with the piano. The furniture and the car arrived on time. Absolutely thrilled with their service.

Professional service from the initial advice through to the actual job. Timely and polite. Just what you want from a removalist business.

Removals can be stressful events but Grace makes the process easy. My family has been involved with several moves over the last 30+ years and each time we have sought quotes from local removal companies but have always ended up using Grace. I purchased a very big sewing machine & frame for quilting (3 very large boxes, 116 kgs )on line . I had to get it to WA from NSW .
