I got my back pain after remodifying a high sleeper bed. The pain made me not able to sleep and I can just move slowly. I went to hospital in the morning and the nurse just asked me to take ibuprofen and told me that it will take 1-2 weeks to recover, with no scanning and treatment at all. Vincent listen patiently to understand how I got injured and then started to assess every part of my body to confirm why I got injured. After that he started the treatment and teach me what exercise I can do at home to help to recover.
I got recovered within 2 days after visit Vincent. Other than the help from Ibuprofen, I believe Vincent’s treatment and advice are the most important factor that made me recovered unexpectedly fast.
