The jewelry is not as pictured. It is very cheaply made and is nothing like the pictures. when you want to return an item they try to give a discount to order something else. although this may sound good, the jewelry is junk.
the return address is in China and they give a different company name. They say that they are not responsible for receiving the merchandise and only give a credit if received. Again, sounds understandable, however if the address is not legit then they would not receive the merchandise. This company is a scam and I do not advise anyone ordering from them.

Do not order I thought it was a small business it is not
They are out of China
Ring is way too large for my hand and wanted to return it would nearly cost me as much as the ring to return to China
Buyer beware you are not purchasing from small business of mother and son as advertised

my ring was beautiful but too big. I emailed to exchange for size down. FOUND OUT SHIPPING IS TO CHINA. To ship to china is very expensive BEWARE

The ring I bought almost immediately started to tarnish and discolor my skin! I emailed the company wanting a full refund. They only offered me a 30% discount on another item. I told them I no longer trusted the quality of their jewelry and wanted a refund. After that they only offered me a 20% refund.

I ordered earrings and the quality and look were horrific. Paid $40.00. Pretty sure I’m never getting anything back. Don’t order, products look NOTHING like the pictures. Waste of time and money.

Love the earrings that i bought, i messed up the delivery address, contacted them and they immediatelly resolved the issue and updated the delivery address fo me. Very happy and will definetly buy more in the future.

My wife loved the earrings and the ring that i bought her for her birthday present. Highly recommend.

This is cheap jewelry that is quite misrepresented on the website. READ ALL OF THEIR FINE PRINT about returns! Their "big sale" prices are way too much for the cheap quality received. Go to Claire's in any mall and get better quality for less!
