My experience with this company has been highly frustrating, and I strongly advise other consumers to avoid being deceived by the attractive website images and tempting prices. While the site explicitly advertised a standard 3-day shipping window during checkout, the reality has been an endless delay due to the fact that the items are actually being dispatched from China—a detail that was completely hidden upfront. The provided tracking number has remained entirely frozen with the exact same message for days, leaving me with zero visibility into when, or if, the package will ever arrive. Although their customer service team is quick to reply to emails, their responsiveness is merely a facade; their actual answers offer no resolution or accountability, resulting in zero customer satisfaction. Because I ordered this item as a time-sensitive gift for a friend and it failed to arrive before the occasion, I was forced to spend extra money to buy a completely new replacement at the last minute. Don’t be tempted or mislead by these Social media advertisements and also external reviews related to this website Products indicate that the eventual product quality rarely matches what is advertised. I deeply regret my purchase and will absolutely never order from this website again.Received items are fake and cheap quality.

The quality is horrible. I tried to return my purchase and they said it would cost too much. Instead they offered a discount aka a little bit of money back. By the way. Grace Parker isn’t a jewelry maker. The jewelry comes from another country. Fake face and name and jewelry. Please don’t purchase from this company.

The story on the website is fake, and the jewelry is mass-produced and shipped from China. It's one of the more convincing looking sites with nice pictures and is well-written. However, tracking info shows shipping from China, and the quality of the pieces confirm it. Anything that appears to be metal (in the website pictures) is actually painted plastic, and some pieces are outright laughable--made me think of seeing a picture of the Mona Lisa, then receiving a stick figure drawn by a kindergartner. I don't even feel that angry because it was so hilarious. There were a number of hints along the way that this was less than legit before receiving the items, which made it less of a surprise. Wish I had caught it before spending the money. (I'll be giving all the "jewelry" to elementary school-aged nieces.)

Funny, they attempt to keep up the ruse by including a postcard with a picture of "Grace Parker" on it thanking you for your order with discount for future purchases, as some retailers might include with an order. The stockcard was better quality than the jewelry lol! I assume the positive reviews are fake as well.

While not an outright scam in that they will take your money and give you nothing, but it is Not legit--grossly misleading at best. If you want some overpriced costume jewelry, go for it. But really, No, don't.

Hi, I am grateful to discover Grace Parker Jewelry, I received a total of four pieces thus far (9/7/2026) and am looking forward to receiving the five additional pieces. Last night (9/8/2026) I received compliments on my first necklace! I am very fond of a variety of jewelry, including American Indian, and interestingly real Bohemian (vintage) as one set of my great grandparents came from Bohemia (now Czechoslovakia). Grace's delicacy and loveliness isn't surpassed by the rather ordinary jewelry found in most jewelry stores. I feel very lucky to have discovered Grace Parker's beautiful works of art. This company appears to be a scam. When you enter the order number or tracking number nothing will show up. Follow up emails are answered promptly but no follow up as stated. A well designed website designed to appear authentic and welcoming . There is a ring advertised on their website that I know to be from another company advertised called Bluenoemi on Etsy. If it looks too good to be true it usually is. Buyer beware.

The fact that my purchase was treated with the utmost care...the packaging was absolutely just beautiful. I love the care that was taken in putting my purchase in such a precious package. I am absolutely happy with my decision to make the purchase of such beautiful ring sets. Just absolutely beautiful...I wear my set each and every chance I get. I'm proud to wear such beauty. This seems to be a scam! I bought a ring and it was nothing like the picture described. It looks like plastic and like a child made it at a craft event. They make you pay for shipping to returning. I followed all return protocols and provided a tracking number. After multiple follow up emails to them, they responded that the return would reflect on my credit card within 10 business days. It has been a month and now they won't return my emails.

My order was a little late but was worth the wait! I love all my pieces! Especially the Pearl dome ring! Thanks Grace.....

Quality of merchandise, prompt response to questions, customer care. Courtesy in responding to and resolving delivery problem which occurred due to delivery company error. I am very happy with my purchases and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Beautiful necklaces--a turquoise-colored one with a gold heart in the center, a white pearly/starfish one w/gold accents, and a beautiful dainty gold chain with small round pearls evenly spaced around it!! I gifted the beautiful dragonfly necklace and the amazing girl (silver) hugging dog (gold) necklace! They were both extremely well-received!! Great jewelry pieces at a great price!! Thanks so much!!

My order was received timely. The ring was beautiful. Very substantially made and looked great. Now , it may fall apart in a few months. Who knows, but for now I am very pleased with my ring. Remember, you get what you pay for... it is exactly what I wanted.

What a piece of shit this ring is compared to the picture displayed. It’s like plastic with blue paint that is breaking up. There are no mini rhinestones .. just a miniscal imprint. 100% different than what the picture looks like online!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

I should have done more research before ordering. I made a mistake and was fooled by a good ad campaign. The pictures are not real. When the order finally arrived (it took a long time), the pieces were not what I ordered and looked like something I could have purchased at a dollar store. The return policy says I have to pay for shipping and also a restocking fee on each item. Then it is still up to the company to determine if the refund is valid. I will avoid the hassle and stress of a return that probably would not get my money back. Instead, I will warn others not to waste money on this site. It is a scam.

Easy to order and timely delivery of purchase. I ordered wondering how the pieces of jewelry would look. I’ve gotten jewelry before from other companies that looked cheap, but I am happy to say the pieces I chose look amazing!
I wear them right there with my expensive jewelry and love them!! Will definitely order again from this company!

This company has a false front website for its jewelry products. The premise is good jewelry marked down because of owner of site "Grace Parker" is downsizing her shop. Very nice looking website and you believe it is the US or maybe Canada. It is in China and the jewelry quality is mediocre. Shipping took 3 weeks. Prices were fair for the quality you got but it looked much better on website. Jewelry came in extremely cheap packaging. I was disappointed they were so fake.
