Excellent support from the Customer Experience and Insights Manager, Riikka King, who monitored the delivery of the refrigerator by UPS. At one point, UPS lost track of the order and failed to deliver it.
Through her timely and attentive intervention, Riikka ensured a new delivery within 5 business days.
I have never been as well supported by any seller, which gives full credibility to GRAD DK. I recommend it to everyone, especially because the Wine Cooler is the best and most elegant one I know. Top!

Der Weinkühler funktioniert gut und kühlt auch tatsächlich auf bis zu 5 Grad herunter.
Er ist zwar leise, aber keinesfalls „praktisch geräuschlos“, wie versprochen wird. Wenn man ihn auf dem Esstisch platziert, hört man seinen Lüfter, wenn man sich nicht gerade unterhält oder die Musik dies überlagert.
Die Farbe ist tasächlich deutlich beige und sicher nicht jedermanns Sache. Der verwendete Kunststoff ist ziemlich hart und wirkt nicht sonderlich hochwertig. Vor allem am Tragegriff fällt dies unangenehm auf.
Das Ladekabel ist viel zu kurz. Es reicht z.B. nicht aus, um die Ladestation auf einem Sideboard zu platzieren und sie dann mit einer nahegelegenen Steckdose zu verbinden. Da das Netzteil sehr klobig ist, ist das sehr ärgerlich.

Trotz der guten Kühlleistung somit 2 Sterne Abzug, weil der hohe Preis nicht vollständig gerechtfertigt wird.

My order came with 2 EU plug sockets instead of UK ones. I e-mailed support about it and they responded in less than 24 hours and shipped out new plug sockets.

The best gift for your Champagne

Grad is a very nice product and work prety well. Since we have one it is in use very often.
My Grad were creating a strange noise and after contacting the company and shared a video with the noise they asked to send it back. In the meantime they organized already to deliver a replacement.

Attractive design at a relatively high price. Keeps already chilled bottles very cool for a certain amount of time. Chilling unchilled bottles takes quite a long time and uses up a lot of battery power.
