I purchased Grad Cap Remix for my son who will be graduating on May 13, 2023!!! He's not a fan of having anything on his head or having his afro messed up. The headband fits comfortably and secure.

Cute idea but not worth it
Cute idea I was super excited about it but the insert does not go in well it took me forever and it doesn’t stay on my head. The headband is too loose. I also wish that there was a way of contact on the website instead of me having to fill out a bad review!

We provide a complimentary unisex headband with each insert since we are providing it to a wide audience. The headband is interchangeable if you need better fit or color. We have also found that people have difficulties with it staying on if they are putting the hat toward the back of their head. It fits best right on top of your head, with the mortar board parallel to the ground.
Not even close to worth the money
Broke before I even got it fully in my grad cap. I made an attempt at putting the cheap and poorly made plastic pieces back together. It then held up long enough to try my cap on, only for the product to not allow my cap to sit properly on my head. Most definitely not worth $20.

We would like to send you a replacement unit. You may have received one that had a defect. We have received no other reports of the unit breaking and we have tested them on many caps, inserting and reinserting several times with no breakage, so this definitely is not normal.
The shipping was so fast
The shipping was so fast! I ordered it 1 week before my graduation and it came so quickly! (I paid for the expedited shipping) this product is genius and I wish I had it in my high school graduation.

Great customer service and even better product! Had to watch the videos to get mine installed just right but I am so happy I bought this. I have been growing out my natural hair for a while and no amount of fussing would have made it all fit under my cap. Nice to see products that consider the curly community 😀

Incredible Service
Incredible Service! The Grad Cap Remix team really does everything to make your experience with them a good one. I got it quickly and it worked great!! I have thick curly hair and a normal cap would not fit on my head. My grad pictures came out beautiful and I had friends ask me where I got the product because they liked how it make the cap look. Some ended up using my cap even with straight hair and it worked out great. Thank you so much I cannot recommend this more!!
