The delivery, packaging and product were as new when delivered. The board itself after using for an supplementary school, its a bit sluggish after a couple of hours of being in use. It is ok for the purpose and amount paid. Good customer feedback!

Purchased a grade B refurbished laptop, was quite impressed as the laptop had only a few light scratches. It works fine, and battery life seems to be good. Overall a great purchase for the price.

I was looking for a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7 and found Grade A Technology by chance as they had a Gen 8 for sale at a good price. I like decent things, so I was happy that it was Refurbished Grade A condition and reading the very good reviews I thought it was a reasonable bet.
I used the chat function and asked for a photo - mostly to check it was a UK keyboard (I've seen similar priced machines with a US keyboard), but also to get a quick look at the condition. Marc couldn't have been more helpful, it looked great so I bought it.
The laptop arrived today by DPD in a neat airsac protective box complete with OEM charger.
My biggest surprise is the condition. Refurbished Grade A I expected to see something to indicate it had been used before. There is nothing!! I put my glasses on to look closely and it's like brand new! The only thing (and I mean the ONLY thing) I can find is a tiny white pixel the isn't working and you can only see it on a full black screen.

This is by far the best deal I've found this year. It came with Windows 11 Pro that I didn't even bother with - I've just installed Linux Mint and couldn't be happier. Very pleased indeed.

My son is happy with his laptop and seems to work well. Unfortunately we were let down by the delivery company on the day it was supposed to arrive

Jack helped me with answers to my questions, knowledgeably. He said he’d throw in a mouse too! I was slightly mis-led by the delivery timeframe so the laptop arrived a little later than hoped. Mark reassured me that a power lead was included in the order. All in all, great product - grade B ‘good’ refurbished laptop - and personable and professional telephone advice. My first order and would definitely recommend.

Quality of the monitor is phenomenal, it could pass for brand new and still had the clear plastic on to peel off. Came with all original cables and paperwork still in original packaging.
