Customer service agent called Mel is a diamond, they are lucky to have her over there. Got an iMac and there were a few additional marks on the screen due to it being a high gloss screen during delivery. She was willing to replace or give a partial refund of 10%, can't ask fairer than that. Business with them again anytime, thank you. Loyal customer here, I will return! The customer service is really good
The customer service is really good, prompt, fast and really helpful. Recently bought a dell xps laptop and it was really good, but lack of ports had to return it and it was hassle free in doing so.
