“My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received anything. I’ve checked around my property and with neighbors. I was told an investigation would be done, but I keep getting vague responses and no real update. It feels like the issue is just being delayed without action. Please take this seriously and let me know what’s actually happening — I need a clear resolution now.”
