Great wallpaper, lousy customer service.
We have tried to contact G&B now multiple times about returning some paper from an over-order - via email (several times), chat and contact us form.
None of our requests have had a response. Really poor customer service from a high end brand - you'd expect better.
I'd say its fairly standard practice to order more paper than you need to avoid colour difference so I'd be cautious of how hard it appears to be to return.
On the plus side, paper is of great quality and the room looks great!

Misleading free sample offer
The free paint samples offer doesn't work on some colours as it adds a tester pot at £5.50 instead of the sticker. Tried messaging your online chat but no response.

We’re so sorry for the confusion and for the lack of response from our online chat. If a peel and stick sample isn’t available, a 100ml tester pot can usually be ordered instead. If neither option is showing, unfortunately both samples are currently out of stock. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused.

Excellent Service
Wonderful website, easy to navigate, the only problem is - too many fabulous wallpapers to choose from, I love them all. The samples I requested were with me within 24 hours, and the wallpaper is a really good quality - excellent service too!

Terrible customer service
This has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I ordered 3 sample paints. At check out it detailed up to 3 working days. After 5 working days attempted to get in touch with them. Was then told (after 6 emails to them) that the paint samples will be due for dispatch tomorrow. So, it took 6 working days to dispatch sample paints?? When it clearly stated that I would receive the samples within 3 working days from order.
**Update - As you can see, they play it off by saying you didn't include an order number and will investigate it. haha. Should I put all of my details here too? I ordered the product on the 12/9. On the 18/9 you told me it will be dispatched and to wait 5-7 days. Why then state on your website that it takes 3 working days then suggest that I need to wait a total of 10 working days???
