Luke has been a great help throughout the move in process and my time living here!

I have lived at King's Dock Mill about one year now. The apartment is very nice and Luke Pollard has been extremely helpful and very responsive. The building is kept clean and maintenance issues have been fixed quickly. The concierge people are wonderful and helpful. Overall, a nice, safe place to live. I do think that the common areas could be made nicer though. The three courtyards would be more community-friendly with plants and benches.

I have been in contact with Luke Pollard in regards to my flat and moving. He’s been absolutely brilliant could’ve have asked for anymore from him. He always replies to emails on time and couldn’t do anything more to help. He’s made the move as easy as it could’ve been and any issues are addressed promptly without issue. Couldn’t ask for anyone better for support with my property.

I am moving into one of their properties in Tottenham Hale. Andrew and Jessica were super helpful and always rapid in response. It has been an easy and pleasant experience.

I lived in an apartment on The Rock, Bury for almost 9 years - in that time I had nothing but good experiences dealing with Grainger. Any queries or repair requests were treated with upmost urgency and I was always kept updated on progress. They even have a mobile app to report issues and view news updates regarding events and such within the area which was very helpful.

I'd like to give my thanks to the Grainger team but especially Louise (manager) and Ian (maintenance) as they were very helpful and made my tenancy feel even more pleasant and stress-free.

We recently moved to the Windlass apartments. The place is very nice and the staff is professional and polite. Andrew has been very helpful throughout the rental process. So far, so good!

Scam Company – Dishonest, Manipulative, and Unsafe

This place is a total scam. They’ll take your money, ignore your concerns, then harass you if you report anything. Staff are fake, cliquey, and hostile. Maintenance is a joke — our fridge was broken for months and instead of fixing it, they blamed us repeatedly. My toilet took 2 months to repair, and even then it was done poorly.

They pretend to be professional in emails, but call and text you constantly to avoid leaving a record. Security is practically nonexistent — they cut it down right after an attempted break-in that they hid from residents.

Good reviews? Mostly bribed by previous management. Avoid this place at all costs. It's unsafe, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy.

Lived in The Rock apartments for almost 3 years and had to only move due to change of circumstances with a child on the way and relocating. 😃

Louise (Manager) Ian (maintenance) and Tony (communal cleaner) were all really nice & helpful. Made my time in The Rock apartments even better 😃

No problems what so ever. Deposit back with the bare minimum taken. Only £65 overall and that was only for light cleaning issues (struggled to throughly do it all properly myself with being heavily pregnant) as well as a rough filler job I did on the walls - understandable. £655 back out of £720; cannot complain.

Lovely staff, & lovely place to live - especially a first home.

Every issue I had with the oven markings not being on - replaced with new oven. Had an issue with the washer not drying my clothes properly - replaced with another. Then had an Issue then with a drum of the washer - again replaced with another. Other little issues were also sorted out promptly.

The Grainger living app to report the issues are a really good way of getting stuff sorted promptly as you log it then contractors contact you to sort the problem.

Only problem are the thieves that manage to get in to take parcels (play on their disabilities expecting people to open doors for them - just for them to take people’s parcels). The odd inconsiderate people letting their children use the hallways as a playground, screaming; running; banging on doors etc. That’s the tenants issues though and gets sorted when you’re firm enough with the culprits 😃

Deanne especially has been absolutely amazing! The full process has been smooth and she has got everything sorted so efficiently. The headlines is a beautiful place and Deanne and the rest of the staff add that extra special touch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in King’s Dock Mill for nearly 6 happy years, and never had an issue with Grainger. Repairs were responded to promptly, and the process of renewing etc were made easy and stress free. Luke P was especially helpful over the years and made the process of ending our tenancy whilst going through the turbulence of buying a house less stressful and was always available for assistance.

A big thank you to the entire team for their fantastic support during my application process. The experience was smooth, professional, and well-communicated from start to finish. Special thanks to Laxmi, Saleena, and Jessica for their outstanding assistance. Highly recommended!

Working with Deanne has been a pleasure! With friendly and attentive communication, Deanne has made my transition and move seamless!

this is how they allow a 83 year old disabled woman who is recovering from multiple strokes live in there property and refuse to do any of structural repairs is has been an on going issue of lack of maintenance over multiple years and would rather use all there resources to evict her

Everything you would expect from a greedy corporate landlord that are making the most of the cost of living and housing crisis with bigger yearly profits for shareholders and the CEO.

They even had rent increases during the lockdown/pandemic and didn't even bother to ask if any of the tenants in the block where I rented a studio (St Anne's - Brighton) were okay during that time. Also the only people allowed to continue working during the pandemic were the builders (Focus Group) as the block was still being renovated and they let themselves in without calling before hand. They weren't wearing masks and I only realised when I wanted to use the bathroom that they had let themselves in. They just looked at me is if I had disturbed them working and I had to wait until they finished so I could use the toilet.

In addition, the property management staff I dealt with on their 6 month inspections seemed to be on a power trip acting as if they actually own the property. Then they withheld much of the deposit for unknown reasons.

Basically the demand for rental properties is so high Grainger PLC take advantage and this trickles down to the property managers because there's an endless supply of tenants.

Pathetic and possibly the worst landlord (property investment company) in the UK.

I was very pleased to work with Miss Molli, she is very responsive and attentive and takes the time to answer questions. She quickly helped me find my apartment.

Fiona was great, kept us up to date with properties which matched our requirements, and made the sign-up process really clear and easy for us. Also had a lovely approachable manner during our viewings. She was an excellent representative for Grainger.

Nathan, the agent at Abbeville in Barking, needs a promotion.

As a nurodivergent, with some invisible disabilities, Nathan went above and beyond to advocate my additional needs to Grainger bosses. He not only asked questions to understand what my needs were, never was anything too much or not possible for Nathan. He had a "lets try" approach. Considering agents work on commission, it was clear Nathan works on providing a service to potential tenants first and foremost. He trys to meet the need first, before any offer is
put, without any hard sell or false promises to the tenant. You are assured, by the time of putting in an offer, what is or is not possible because Nathan has done the ground work to establish expectations first and keep you informed. All without any guarantee youd even put in an offer.

That's true sales person, one that treats each tennat as an individual,
listens to understand, not listens to sell. One who aims to solve the problem to meet your needs first, without pushing any false sales tactics. Just an all round pleasantly positive, approachable, patient and understanding agent who in my view deserves all the commission and more. Nathan is top tier, A class property agent at Grainger.

Rachel made our experience at Argo Apartments comfortable and welcoming. She addressed each inquiry with urgency and professionalism and we certainly sensed her efforts to support and unite the community in our building.
