Fabulous service with a huge range of food, treats and toys

I ordered late on a Sunday night thinking that I would miss the scheduled weekly delivery the next day but sure enough my order arrived - great service again!

Easy delivery, all items were there. Will be using the delivery service from now on. Thank you

I find it harder to order the food that my dogs like as they are often out of stock when I email to ask if I could be notified when their next delivery is no one replies. I phone and leave a message no one gets back i eventually manage to speak to someone and they said they would let me know if stock becomes available luckily i still checked the website myself and noticed it was back in stock. My dogs like the food but I find their customers service is not very good.

Plenty choice of raw food and treats and perfect that it can be delivered !

Always on time , well packaged. Even when I’ve been late ordering and not expecting my order until the following Thursday I’ve been absolutely delighted to get the delivery the week I put my order in. All in all I’m absolutely delighted with the service. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we made a booking and couldnt manage that time in the end. We looked to change it for another time but it said online this wasnt possible. Never got a chance to use the facilities or get my money back.

Prompt delivery. Much to my relief, the mice arrived still frozen which I've had issues with with other companies. I've been really struggling to find somewhere to get mice for my snake. Especially where I stay as I'm not keen on driving into Aberdeen.
Will definitely use again!

Great selection but weekly out of my favourites 😕 can't seem to find the perfect day to look .
Wish there was an option to place a monthly ongoing delivery of the selections I really want.

Friendly staff, brilliant dog food and fab dog cleaning facility

Lots of choices and options which allows you to try out different brands. I normally order online and then pick up which is simple and easy. My dog is enjoying everything so far!
