GrandFatherClock Canada Opiniones

Ordered a Howard Miller clock and the quality is exceptional. It was scratched and I was shipped a replacement. Excellent service provided by Julie.

Delivery company delivery schedule was missed twice
Delivery company damaged the clock parts on delivery

The clock is cute and the delivery was fast. But this clock is not accurate. After installing a new battery, it is about 5 minutes slower per hour.

Nice clock! Fabulous sound. Would have appreciated a sound sample of the clock on the website. A Google search brought me to another store to hear a sound sample.

Delivery was very good. We were able to track our package until we received it at home.

Very satisfied. Made in USA was mandatory for us.

The clock I ordered came as expected, no complaints there. I took off one star for two reasons. First is bad communication, I never received any response to my e-mail. Second reason is the fact that my clock was shipped out of the US, information that was nowhere to be found on the website. This business presents itself as a Canadian company. As to the product, it's in perfect order and works just fine.

received my clock in a timely manner and was happy with the service I got.

Beautiful clock! Wonderful addition to our living room. Came extremely well packaged and very easy instructions to install and start up. Clock arrived before delivery date too! Highly recommend Grandfather Clock Canada!
Thank you

What a professional experience! Even after ordering the wrong clock they let us cancel immediately and order the correct clock. The new clock arrived promptly and well packaged. The clock itself was beautiful and a sight to see. I would have no hesitation using Grandfather clock once again.

Olivier I your office was the best service person I have ever talked to. I was a manager in a service industry and I know excellence when I hear it.

J'ai aimé le prix en spécial.
