A terrible shop.My girlfriend give a cash deposit on a load of rubbish.I want my hard earned cash back and they won't give me back my money .I didn't get any furnitureas it's all a load of over priced scrap.
The woman who owns the shop will not return my cash deposit

Perhaps someone would be good enough to contact me, after all, you have taken my money! Purchased Bed online 5 days ago and cant get anyone to talk with me about delivery. Know one answers phones or replies to email.

Do not deal with this company under any circumstances. They produce shoddy goods and a customer care service that ignored your requests to replace faulty goods. Stay well clear.

Re order no TZFMCX glass & chrome nest of tables. As with a previous review we also purchased a nest of glass top tables where the glass fitting had detached so unable to assemble. We have just spent 3 months trying to get a replacement table from Grand Furniture. After numerous promises of replacement delivery we have given up and resorted to trying super glue (with poor results). Our advice to others is do not buy products from this company.

Just had some flooring fitted by Kam his helper can't recommend them enough 100% fabulous job would also like to recommend Ryan the salesman very helpful nothing to much trouble so will back soon for them to do some more work for me

I ordered a set of 3 tables for my livingroom. They all arrived within a reasonable time and a good price. Unfortunately on going to build the tables 2 were found to be broken.
I have left numerous messages on the phone and also sent emails but no response from either.
I have unfortunately now contacted consumer advice to assist in this matter.

Give these guys a chance! I went against all my instincts and ordered through an unknown site without a TP score. I've been had before so am wary. As soon as I ordered, I got a text message which confirmed my order, followed shortly by a DHL tracking number. Worryingly this didn't work and I prepared for the worst. I called the number on the site and the person I spoke to was really helpful. My package arrived early and is in great condition. So here's my review as promised. Give them a chance. I'd rather give a business like this a leg up than throw more cash at Bezos!
