I ordered a Valentine's Day gift on January 20, 2023. Was sent an email my ordered was done and would be delivered by February 2, 2023. Here we are February 22, 2023 and it still have not arrived. They want me to confirm my details and they would look it. Still waiting for a response. It takes days for them to reply.

I ordered a valentine‘a day gift on the 20th of January to be delivered in 5-10 business days. It has yet to be delivered. The company told be if it isn’t delivered by the end of February, to get back to them.

I would like my money back since Valentine’s Day has come and gone. But their response to this is to advise me to be patient!!

Kussen besteld zou 7 dec bezorgd worden. Niets ontvangen. Nu hebben ze het email adres van mijn man die de bestelling gedaan heeft geschorst en kan hij niet meer reageren.
Wat is dit voor een bedrijf. Dit hoort bij opgelicht thuis

I sent a message that the item I ordered had a defect in the snaps, I got a email from them that said they would get back with me, but when I dug into their policy, it states the customer only has 24 hours to make the complaint. Which technically they can wait to get ahold of you after the 24 hours and you are at a loss. If I can not get help within the same day then they are not going to get back with you.

Christmas pillow

I ordered this Christmas pillow in September in order to give it to my daughter as a first time mom, regretfully I never received the order after being promised on more than one occasion that it would be delivered before Christmas.
On more than one occasion I was given delivery dates which came and went with nothing delivered eventually I gave up completely and asked for my money back, I must add they did refund my money, but what a disappointment.
Will not recommend this company to anyone.

There have been more then a time or two…

There have been more then a time or two that I have lost money ordering online. When I saw the pillow that I could have my granddaughters name on it I was sceptical but ordered anyway. I was very pleased when my pillow arrived in only a couple of weeks. It was exactly what I wanted,quality,spelling, and size was just as promised.

Awful customer care

Received a pillow for new parents with child's name to be shown, as per previous reviews, the word 'name' has been printed on the cushion as well as chllds name.
Again no help at all in resolving issue, they don't believe in quality control or common sense when printing pillows.
Now left with a useless pillow as can't give it to new parents. Don't buy from this Company, to quick to take your money without providing acceptable goods.

After placing a 1st Christmas baby cushion order ,I was very disappointed to receive the cushion with "name here " at the bottom and not what I thought I had requested,if I had of made a mistake and not filled in the required field,I would have expected a email to alert me that this field was incomplete,I am now left with a useless cushion that cannot be given as a gift ,after emailing the company twice ,their response was ,we cannot help you ,I find this totally unacceptable with lack of empathy,totally happy to take my money but not help in anyway ,

Just to say

Just to say, received my mug today and very disappointed, printing is displayed on the mug for a left handed person, maybe there should have been an option to tick whether you were right or left handed, won't be using the mug now, will just hang it up on display, also the name I wanted printed on it was tiny, need a magnifying glass to read it, won't be ordering from here again

Made an order back in December just…

Made an order back in December just before Christmas, only received half the order, sent numerous emails and not had a response and still have not yet received it! So frustrating!! Either send me my order or refund me, but keeping a customer in the dark is such bad customer service - wouldn’t recommend!

Do NOT deal with this company!

I admit it was my fault, but recently received a cushion with ‘name here’ written on it instead of a name. I had forgotten to put the name on when ordering!
However, I found that the customer service after receiving the pillow was virtually non-existent and where was the quality control? Surely someone could have contacted me and pointed my mistake out! No……just take the money and carry on.
My advice? Don’t purchase anything from this bunch of cowboys 😡

I received my pillow within a week of ordering but was disappointed that the reverse of the pillow is white which makes it look abit cheap. Other than that the front is nice and I'm sure they will like it

I received my pillow in a timely manner…

I received my pillow in a timely manner it is a Christmas gift so I was very happy it arrived well before Christmas, and was able to send it out of town to our daughter for her baby's first Christmas. I love it and am hoping she will too

I am beyond frustrated

I am beyond frustrated. I ordered a pillow in late October. Was told it would be delivered by November 19th. It has been countless emails back and forth with comments such as "check for delivery with your neighbours" They cannot verify who it was shipped by. I was then advised that it was a "rare" situation that it must be lost, and that they would resend it. Again, since that last email, they have not replied to my inquiries. Every review I have read has been glowing, so I don't understand why I am having so much trouble with their customer service
