Fast, reliable service. I order on New Years Eve and their website said they will begin shipping on the 3rd of January but the product was shipped before and received incredibly quickly.

Pre-ordered Chinese Pokémon, and it was delayed from distributor so shipping was both upgraded and refunded! I was skeptical initially but they certainly came through
