I bought a Grand Patio 12FT Outdoor Offset Umbrella Large Round Aluminum for $350. It lasted a year and then fell apart. Now it is a giant piece of garbage taking up space in my backyard. It turns out there’s only a cheap piece of rope inside the steel tube holding up the umbrella. When the rope snaps, the entire contraption is toast. When I contacted Grand Patio, they didn’t have a fix. Instead they offered to sell me a new base - which I already had (empty, of course) - for $200.

This is the Second umbrella received today by you guys, it came in the most horrible condition ever! Our 1st umbrella broke very shortly after purchase. We submitted a request for a replacement umbrella and the boxes were in pieces when they arrived one part of the umbrella already came off. These are very expensive by Napoli , but you would be better off getting a pool umbrella from Ollie's which was very inexpensive but still standing in great condition. Shameful that a company that wants to charge upscale prices for cheap wares.

We ordered an expensive outdoor chair ($340) and a second order of a table.
Fedex mis-delivered our packages. By the time we realized and went to the address they were left at - they had been stolen. Fed Ex keeps dropping packages off at an abandoned house instead of our apartment complex. When I went to look for my chair there were 9! packages there all to people with different last names and all clearly with an apartment number.

Well long story short I filed complaints with fed ex and got nowhere. I contacted Grand Patio and they sent new chair and table to me at no cost! They suggested and we did - ship them to a different address (my daughter) and they just arrived.

So happy - great customer service!
