This is a GREAT Printing Company!!

Look NO further!! This is a GREAT printing company for canvases. 💯 Everytime on multiple different styles of canvas prints ordered. Have also dealt with customer services and found their assistant extremely knowledgeable and helpful in rearranging collage photo printed canvases.. Only company I use as website easy to navigate. Only dilemma is with editing tools button on pictures when designing canvas.

Feeling a little let down

Feeling a little let down - ordered loads of this company
But their chosen courier has gone walkies with my parcel. They apparently have tried to talk to DHL on their business platform but had no reply in 3 days!

I’ve had replies from dhl telling me to tell
Grangeprint to contact them which I have done today and I’ve had no reply
This print was for my parents and I am
Truly gutted

Now to find another decent company who can be it done in the time frame
Needed I’d ordered few weeks back to give it time it was all ok till
They released it to DHL But the help still could have put me at ease as a lost photo of my parents is somewhere and that’s a concern. If it does turn up I dread to think the state of it

Non existent customer service

I placed a photo canvas order on 21st March for a Mothers day gift. My order is still showing as pending and I have failed to receive a reply to my chasing email. The phone never answers and the mailbox is full. Their website states they have a fast turnaround on orders... obviously not!.. and this shoddy customer service is most probably why they are on wowcher flogging cheaper items. I wouldn't use them again if they were giving products away.

Not even worth one star to be honest

Not even worth one star to be honest. Placed an order 9 days ago, no update on the progress of the order. Have emailed in for update and had no response. No answer on the telephone!! Shocking service won’t be using again! Avoid avoid avoid

The worst company I have ever had the…

The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering through.
I placed an order for a Christmas present on 8th December and the manufacturing times stated on both the website at the point of ordering, and the email confirmation received said 10 working days. In light of this I selected next day delivery to ensure this would be delivered to me in time for Christmas day. I still had not received the order so I emailed Grange Print to find out what was going on, and called their customer service number, only to be told I could not leave a message as the mailbox was full - undoubtedly with messages from other people also wondering where their orders were.
To this date I still have heard nothing back from them, but I did receive my order on 10th January - a full 25 working days after placing my order.
By this point I had already ordered the same thing through a different website on 1st January after giving up hope on this order, and had received it 3 days prior to this order. So I have a duplicate gift which I have no use for and am out of pocket for this twice!
In all honesty this company is a joke. Don't waste your money - order through PrinterPix instead, you can actually rely on them to follow through with their delivery schedules, they are cheaper and they keep you updated with the order progress.

Have had a few prints from here over…

Have had a few prints from here over the years, and all been excellent. I must say that the customer service team have been amazing with my last order, I accidentally ordered 4 of the same print instead of 2, when I realised I emailed straight away and was offered either a refund or a different photo, but the second photo wasn't any good so they were happy to refund for the other 2 canvases

Excellent prints.

We've had a few canvas prints from GrangePrint since 2015 (our wedding) and each one has been brilliant, 100% happy with them. I've recommended them to so many friends and family and will continue to do so. Can't wait to order my next canvas' when I decide on the layout. Thankyou to Maisie and the team - we're very happy customers! 🙂

Terrible

Put a order in on the 2nd Nov. Sent a email to them on the 26 Nov asking fory money ack because of the waiting time, was the sent out and received on the 27th Nov. What a load of rubbish the print was all out of focus and the wrapping around the wood frame was awful not trimmed properly, am very upset with it, will not order off these again.

Put an order in last week (5 days ago) and clicked the 3-4 days option (Order ID: 583730) but I still haven't heard anything back and when I go into My Account it just says 'Order Received'.... I should have received my flyers by now and you haven't even started printing them.
Joke.
Oh well, I'll just use banana print again I guess!

Hi, our processing time states 3-4 working days, this does not include weekends. We ask customers to supply print ready artwork, your artwork included no bleed and text that was too close to the edge. We corrected your artwork and reprinted it free of charge for you to make sure you were happy with the outcome, I am sorry to hear that you will not be using us again.

Fabulous service

The site was easy to use but the highlight for me was the customer service, in particular Maisie. So helpful and informative. I would give GrangePrint 5 stars and certainly recommend them and use them again!!

I keep blocking this company and unsubscribing from their regular emails but they keep coming. I have no connection with the company. I have reported them to the Information Commissioner

I’ve unsubscribed, but it’s really irresponsible of any company to send users emails they’ve not subscribed to. The world is full of scammers. Obviously really poor management

Constant spam day after day after day…

Constant spam day after day after day and several times a day. I’ve unsubscribed more times than I care to remember but it makes zero difference. These people need to stop this practice as it’s making them no friends whatsoever. If I ever needed a canvas these are the last company I’d use purely because of their lack of respect. 100% annoying

Still waiting

Ordered a canvas over a month ago. The website did say it could take up to 14 working days for delivery ‘due to covid’, but a month later, I’m still waiting.
Sent an enquiry on the website to be told that my initial canvas was damaged so they needed to reprint it. That was 2 weeks ago, I’ve sent 2 follow up messages since and haven’t received a reply. My order still shows as processing.

Spammers

Spammers, sending hundreds of emails I have unsubscribed about 10 times but they don’t give up and keep filling my spam folder. Don’t you understand if someone unsubscribed it means person not interested and continuing sending your junk just annoying? There is no value in your junk emails, no one going to order canvases everyday.

Delivery straight to local matalan instead of delivering to ordered address

ordered the canvas print and paid for delivery just to receive delivery to a matalan without asking. When you charging nearly a tenner for that, you should at least ask your clients if thats ok to do that, as this cause so much trouble. I have tired to contact them regarding this unpleaseant surprise, however, no response whatsover. Will never use again in the future

Order missing items

Ordered 2 canvas at start of December and paid a fortune in delivery charges only to have Hermes (sorry evri) deliver it 2 weeks later with the packaging damaged. Luckily item was not damaged however I only received 1 canvas. The second one is missing. I have emailed and received no response. Tried calling but no answer and mailbox is full which is worrying
