I like the site in all honesty, however not withdrawn yet so will have to see what happens when and if I do.

They have a customer service that can't solve any problems and they act like the more they hold you back, the more advantageous it is for them.It is easy to sign up to their site but it is almost impossible to leave the site. I applied several times and was not given any attention when I asked for my account to be closed and when I tried to close it myself, I saw that there was no such option.They have to add such an option to their pages because this is not solved by sending an email, your emails are never answered, they are just stalling you, scammers.

Now late with the payment and now saying that they have a back log….definitely no help from customer services basically asking to be patient. Well I just want my money paid out today been a week now

The people will happily take your money but when it comes to withdrawing that money ooh no its a you issue as they like to cancel withdraw requests without your approval and when i contacted them about it they banned my account looks like im not getting that £34 back

After spending a few £££ with them I was fortunate to have a big win , over £6k , tried to cash it out and they said I could only take £500 a day out. Tried to take £500 and my withdrawal was cancelled and the money wasn’t returned to my balance , spoke to customer services and they assured me it was a glitch on the system and it would be returned the following morning. It was not. I complained about it and they said they’d investigate. I had another withdrawal pending , it went from 1 per day “ lightning quick “ to 3 working days to withdraw. Money was meant to be in my account on Tuesday morning , my account was permanently deleted Monday evening even though I have broken no rules at all. Had an email today to say they could find no money in my account and that’s the end of the matter.

Take heed of warnings on places like this. They all say the same , take your money and never ever pay out

Please contact support and tell me to clear your browser cache, try another browser, test or device. Still having the same problem.

Contact support again and tell them to request a withdrawal manual via email.
I did this 3 months ago and didn't receive any money.

scam casino, won 480 eur with a 20 deposit and they first closed my account with no reason, then they told me to send a crypto wallet to withdraw my balance and then they after 3 days they banned me from the chat and its impossible to receive mail assistance cause they do not answer.

I have lost hundreds of pounds and tried to withdraw, they limit what you can withdraw,
Then the withdrawal money goes back into their online account that you use,
They then tell you that your bank refused it.
I had over £3000 of winnings, could not withdraw a penny.
I ended up cutting my loss by purposely losing it all then closed my account.
It was an expensive mistake because I should have looked at the reviews first.
Please don’t be stupid by opening an account and giving these scammers your money, and don’t listen to these so called good reviews because it’s all part of their team putting them on to make them look good.

It’s a criminal offence what these are doing and I’ve reported this site.

This is a scam you cannot withdraw any winnings, customer service is ai and don't help you. Stay well away from these con artists. I won £2500 and couldn't withdraw any.
