Much of the educational content covered information that is available elsewhere at little or no cost, which made the program extremely overpriced. The performance coaching sessions, priced at $250 or more, often consisted of advice that was either very basic or ineffective.

I paid $11,000 for this program and had a very disappointing experience. The Grant Cardone's coaches advised me to max out credit cards, ask for a raise without understanding my company’s structure, and even use ChatGPT for health decisions.

The scripts provided were generic and unrealistic—for example, I was told to contact people at my company who don’t even exist. It was clear the coach didn’t understand my organization at all.

Another issue was how concerns were handled when the coaching did not produce results. Rather than addressing the quality of the guidance, the response was often that the customer had “gone off script.” I also found the communication from Grant Cardone’s staff to be disrespectful and unprofessional.

In addition, there was repeated pressure to purchase additional services. When I declined, the interactions became personal and included negative remarks about my character and abilities instead of remaining focused on the services being offered. That type of conduct is not what I would expect from a professional sales organization.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Cardone’s organization again. The combination of high pricing, repeated upselling, and unprofessional communication left me with little confidence in the business.

Grant goes over and above furnishing real estate purchasing information, his time, honest, straightforward, generous, offers crowd funding for the little guy into Multifamily investing, great programs/education offered, and advice and direction on purchasing MF yourself with others. Great network! Downsides are too high pressure of sales people who don’t know when to quit calling, and the real estate Dealfinder program was not worth my money when it first landed in comparison to other real estate finder programs. There was a lack of education in its use initially, and it was geared only for commercial and didn’t include residential. Also, politics are mentioned too often, which turn me off.

This is the largest scam of a company. I was roped in for an event, and looked for mentorship in furthering my real estate investment, as well as business capabilities. The salespeople will harass you, and put an undue amount of stress on you until you drown yourself in credit card debt for a program that is unorganized, non-directed, and creates no impact for you that you can't find elsewhere. They will continually upsell you and have 0 sense of ethics, value, or moral toward those they are selling to. He wants to get rich off the backs of those trying to further themselves and doesn't care what happens to you. 10/10 do not support this company.

I bought a marketing plan for $69 and they authorized a membership of $99 every month after with no option on the website to sign off. Horrible customer service that did not refund me even though I never used the service.

I want to share my experience to protect other candidates from going through what I did.

After being told repeatedly that I was "crushing it" and that the final in-person interview was essentially a formality, I drove 3 hours and paid $500 out of pocket for a hotel, plus took a full day of PTO. The recruiter strongly implied the job was mine — the IT Director confirmed I had passed the technical interview and framed the final round as just a formal step.

After the final interview, I was again told I "crushed it" and to expect an offer by end of day. A week passed with no word. When I finally got a call, I was reassured I was still the #1 candidate. The very next day, they called back to say they found someone "more qualified."

If you are a candidate, go in with eyes open: do not spend money or burn PTO based on verbal assurances here. The communication was misleading at every stage, and no one ever acknowledged the cost or inconvenience their process caused. The experience felt disrespectful of candidates' time and finances.

30+ years in sales and I can tell you first hand that this program is an absolute waste of time and money! Program is all about stroking his own ego! Most “tips” and “tactics” are a joke. Don’t fall for his high pressure sales team harassment! Weekly coaching is a waste of time, coach is incompetent! My company has had us doing this program for 9 months and it’s redundant and ineffective.

Terrible, save you money, save your time, and stay away from this high pressure coked up douche. He is the worst kind of sales person that no one ever feels safe around. High pressure = constant regret from all of his sales 'victims.'

I’ve been going through this training with my company for about 6-months. I’ve been in sales for 30yrs and find this information redundant and quite useless for the industry I’m in. We don’t sell cars, insurance, furniture or real estate and frankly I would not buy from a company that sells any of these products that adhere to these sales tactics. It’s too bad my company thought this would be useful for us but I assure you it is a waste of our sales team’s time. The program is advertised at $30k but was at an amazing discount of only 5k from a guy that says (not verbatim) “no discounting if you know how to sell and are sold on your product and yourself”.
I would not suggest this program to any serious professional.

I went through a divorce 3 years ago and my ex took everything. I only had a little money left to invest,but there a million pitfalls out there-fake websites, scammers contacting you about great deals, it's impossible to get to the truth, I paid $297.00 for an investment kit and watched Grant's seminars over and over again, and at first he makes it sound reasonable easy and part time, then his aggressive sales people bust your balls endlessly to pay even more money like $5,500 to $20,000 to be a member! I didn't take the bait. Didn't feel right. If you're worth 5 billion why do you have to charge people so damn much while beating them over the head with your desperate sales staff? Then came ever more complexities, Grant admits on one deal he made an offer on there were more than 150 other investors competing for it! I came to his people with 2 deals and one wouldn't work because a family dispute. I made the mistake of revealing too many details about my deal and his damn people supposedly rejected it saying, "Grant doesn't work like this," when Grant makes it sound like he wants to work with you so bad, but not until you've paid $5,500 to $20, 000 dollars first. It looks to me like he's got a lot of hungry sales people working off commission and that's the motivation, not a happy investing family that is so prosperous or his people wouldn't have to pound you like they do! Also, Grant really shames people for having hesitation telling them they don't want it bad enough while telling people don't worry about individual home sales, go big with apartments while he goes on and on about a single family rental property he first bought and made a huge mistake selling it when should have hung on! I am not convinced! I suspect that his people stole my deal as well. I get the impression that his product sales are more important than his supposed real estate empire.

Tried to do sales training with them and the sales call was so bad I would never buy sales training from their sales people. This should of been an easy sale my partner wanted to buy it, but I wanted to talk 1st. He opens with pricing. I explain i have a contract already to sign, I just want an overview of it and to see how its relevant to our marketing agency. I asked them for relevant videos and relevant examples. He said ok let's meet and review tomorrow. Next day he starts at the beginning again. No homework did nothing. We literally were going to buy but the sales person selling was so bad at sales I would never buy sales training from them. Then on the realestate side. 1st the video was just a sales video not helpful, then we have a meeting for another shot and they invite my VP of sales instead of managing partner. Then they start calling our mom. I am now threatening to report them for harassment if they dont stop. Who even calls someone's parent ?
