Hi James,

Whilst you feel like you’ve been ‘done over’ this is not a fair review that represents the truth. Below are a few points that shed honest light onto this matter.

1.You didn’t order a sample using our free sample service so then to complain our product does not match the sample you have from another company of a different product is not our fault. At no point did we claim that our range is the same product as the sample you had. Nor did you ask that question before placing your order. We were not informed you were trying to match somebody else’s product otherwise we would have advised against this.

2. Our product is advertised exactly for what it is. You were not lied to or cheated in any way in terms of what our product is. It is clearly displayed on our website. It was an error on your part to order our product based on someone else’s sample and expect them to be the same. Logic would have you order a sample from us to see if it matched the sample of the product you wanted.

3. Our returns policy is clear, concise and explained in simple detail in our Returns Policy section on the website. Again, it is up to the customer to check what our policy entails should an order need to be returned.

As the reason for return was that you assumed our product was the same as somebody else’s and there was no error or quality issue on our part, you cannot expect a full refund when it is your mistake. As already explained to you in a polite email, your order is bespoke, cut to your size requirements, so we cannot be held responsible should you wish to return it because you don’t like it. This is why we provide a free sample service so that customers can check before they buy our product online.

4. Your refund was issued on the same day as your order was received back into our warehouse. It may take up to 10 business days to process a refund which is made clear in our Returns policy. You were also notified about this when you emailed asking how long it will take. There was no delay in your refund and the amount refunded was as per the value of your returned items and in accordance to our Returns Policy.

If a company offers a sample service, use it.

It’s also recommended you read the Returns Policy before you falsify you’ve been ‘done over.’
