If our customers choose to select mats with fixings, we of course make sure that we send enough to be able to fit according to our installation recommendations. I am sorry to hear that this wasn't clear for you, and so was the reason why you chose to order an extra bag of pegs and ties.
We have checked our product description and although the number of fixings that we provide are shown on there, we have put them in bold now so they are more attention grabbing! Hopefully due to your feedback this makes it clearer for others going forward, so thank you for helping us to improve our website.
If you don't have need for the excess pegs and ties, you can also return them to us for a refund.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Goods arrived less than 24 hours after order. Installation instructions were unreadable so I sent a message (over the weekend, when they are closed). I received an apology and a new set of instructions within minutes. Too wet to lay the plastic mesh at the moment but I’m expecting it to be as good as the company is. Well done Grassmats

The gym mats are very competitively priced and are more than adequate for my needs.
Everything went very smoothly from ordering the mats to having them delivered.
