I was surprised😮. We had a Gratsi box with a leak. I sent an email to inform this company, not expecting anything in return. They responded within minutes!! We're kind and respectful and so quick! Wonderful customer service! AS WELL AS GOOD RED WINE!

Fast response to waiting for remaining order

Gratsi had trouble receiving their wine and then the big storm hit in January. When I inquired as to when to expect my January shipment, I was responded to very quickly and given two alternatives to make up for the inconvenience.

Not only do they have delicious wine, they are wonderful at taking care of any issues promptly! So far, I have found that they’re a terrific company to do business with.

I placed my first order almost a week ago and had not received shipping information so I emailed the Help team wondering when I would get that info.
Joymela replied almost immediately explaining the situation and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to wait.
I'm choosing to wait and I'm impressed with the customer service so far!

Their wine is absolutely amazing, and their customer service is very prompt. Wine usually ships within a day or so unless there are unforeseen delays on their end.
