Honestly, I was very skeptical to find a Fujifilm X100VI i stock and at MSRP, but after some research with BBB and TrustPilot, i decided to give Gray Porter a shot. There were some issues with shipping delays (no fault of Gray Porter!), but Manu at Gray Porter was in constant contact and even refunded shipping fee (I paid for express), gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience, and extended my warranty by a year for free. Highly recommend, and will for sure be purchasing from them again!

I was sceptical when I purchased a camera from Gray Porter. I had never dealt with them before, but there's a first time for everything. Someone answered a phone call in person (no automated answerer), had all the right answers, and was very personable and polite. So I took a chance. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Ordered a Fujifilm X100VI from them as they were the only people around that actually had it. It came next day, on a Saturday too, which was nice!

I bought a Canon R7 because it was my first camera. I compared it with many stores and theirs was the cheapest. I didn't expect their service to be so good. Because it was my first camera, I was very cautious when buying it, afraid of being cheated. The customer service always patiently answered my questions. While trying to make payment online my card was rejected because their system wouldn't recognise my country address. I made a phone call to their London office and spoke to Manu had a look and confirmed there was a problem. He then took my details and sent me a secure payment link so that I could make my payment. Everything then went through and I received my purchase.

GrayPorter offer outstanding service! Best web price I could find with 2 years replace or refund warranty included. Manu in Customer Services has been truly excellent, responding by phone to my emails and messages even at 19:00. Unlike most importers, they hold UK stock so I received my couriered Nikon next day included in the base cost! They promptly resolved a problem with the supplied charger terminals by ordering me a UK version direct from Nikon without any extra charge. Just a great experience. I highly recommend GrayPorter and will be back to them for further purchases.
