Ian arrived exactly when he said he would and in no time at all he had sorted out not only our connection and registration for the night time tariff with Octopus but also those of our neighbour and our cousin. Marvellous, first class service as always from this company.

We have been running 16 panels quite a while now and are very happy with them. We had a quick, tidy, professional installation and an easy app to control the system. We would like to thank Andy, Elliot and Leighton for their ongoing attentive support and superior products. Sorry the review is a bit late, I thought I'd already done it. :-)

System has been installed a week now and working well. Like the ability to charge home battery during cheap off peak rate especially at this time of year when solar is low. The install went well, lead electrician was a top bloke, seemed to really know his stuff. All in all a great experience so far. Would recommend.

It was all done within a couple of hours, very professional team they were courteous and helpful. The after sales team helped throughout the process, and even helped us to switch to the best energy providers. I would highly recommend GRC.

I wasnt planning to do this so early but after discussion did find the reasons for doing it early with GRC very valid!

I had Solar panels fitted by GRC Solar over two years ago. An issue developed recently, the fuse box cut-out kept tripping.

I contacted GRC Solar and they sent an electrician and apprentice in a van who fixed the problem.

As I live in a fairly remote area I was extremely grateful for the prompt technical support.

Very impressive company - informed, experienced, helpful and honest.

Hi Andy, just to let you know, as always, I ask for help on something, and it is solved straight away. Today, I wanted to change my export electricity from Scottish Power to Octopus Energy, ( as I’m not good at technology as you know ) Leighton said Ian can help you with this and passed me to Ian straight away and he did everything for me. The company goes way and beyond with after services. Cannot thank all of you for making it so easy for me.

My wife answered the phone to a call from GRC Solar Ltd. Had it been me I would have politely hung up on them. I never trust sales calls. On this occasion I was wrong. An appointment was made and a representative from the company paid us a visit. He explained the benefits of solar power with really informative charts and a demonstration of the app that comes with the panels. He was polite and not in the least bit pushy. In the past we’ve had reps from household name companies sitting here bullying us into signing up to their products but to no avail. They’d start off with an inflated price which came down each time we raised an objection. This wasn’t the case with GRC Solar. Following signing up and agreeing a date, the scaffolding went up and a couple of days later the panels and electrics were installed within 4 hours from start to finish. The app I mentioned earlier is quite addictive! We find ourselves looking at it whenever the sun comes out and even when it doesn’t. It’s fascinating to see the power being generated even on cloudy days. We will certainly be recommending the company to anyone interested.

We recently had our Solar panels installed by GRC Solar Ltd, and we found the entire team, extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable. The Sales team knew their stuff, provided us with the information we needed and didn’t pressure us to buy, the scaffolders and installers were polite and carried out their work quickly and efficiently, tidying up as they went. Everything we needed to know about the process was explained to us carefully in layman’s terms so we could understand, this left us feeling confident we had made the right choice. We did need to ask for help applying for the Smart export guarantee application to export any surplus electricity back to the grid, and the company was happy to help and support us with our application. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needed solar panels. There know what they are doing and they care about their customers. Thank you so so much.

Installing the solar system went exactly to plan - workers arrived on time, they were pleasant and efficient, tidied up when they finished. Leighton and Elliot were helpful and sorted the paperwork and helped to set up SEG with Eon which I am happy with. Would certainly recommend GRC Solar Ltd to supply and fit solar panels - it has certainly reduced my monthly payment for electricity

Excellent service from start to finish. Tom took us through the whole process and was very thorough, and answered any questions we raised.
The installation team were also excellent and arrived on the day of the booking and were completed within 5 hours and left the site spotless.

Having contracted GRC to install a Solar System with Battery on the 8th August we were delighted to be told it would be fitted on the 16th. the crew arrived and within minutes they were on the roof working whilst another member was in the loft fitting brackets for the Inverter and battery whilst the final member was under the stairs planning where the equipment would be wired up. They tidied up and left the house looking like they had never been there. All that in 7 hours. Very professional and that goes to the office staff also
