A pleasure to deal with a company that has provided excellent customer service throughout the whole installation process, and continues to provide it through after sales queries. Would all companies operate this way.

Had 14 panels fitted in May 2023.
All the staff go the extra mile to help.
Scaffolding went up on a sunny day,panels fitted next day in the rain,and still the lads worked.
After care service great,willing to help sort out any problems.And only having electric I have been saving the pennies too.

What an efficient friendly service.The panels batteries etc were installed in one day and we could not be more pleased. It is nice to deal with a company who care about their customers and take such pride in the work they do. Everything was explained to us and nothing was too much trouble. Five stars all the way I wish I could leave them ten.If you are reading this and lloking to install solar then look no further because I firmly believe you wont find a better company than GRC Solar.

We had our solar panels installed yesterday Ian has been great explaining everything to us oldies nothing has been to much trouble he even called today as there were a couple of things we wanted to ask him, the lads did an excellent job in terrible conditions strong winds and heavy rain everything neat and tidy.

We had 15 panels fitted 2 batteries total of 6.4 kw and a LXP 3-6K inverter,all fitted on the same day.We spoke with Tom about having solar he came out to the house a couple of times and was very helpful not at all pushy but well informed on their system and solar in general.
After signing up and taking the plunge we were told our date would be 24-08-23 for the scaffold to be erected and the panels would be fitted the next day and that is what happened.
We spoke with Leighton on the 29th of August over a few, not issues, sort of uncertainty on how to use the app I thought at one time I should have added him to family and friends its a whole new world to me and in fairness to Leighton he took his time to guide us through the ins and outs of the app making it a lot clearer even to me.
Overall I think we had a good product at a fair price installed well, and we are both very happy with our service form GRC and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.We shopped around about 4 other companies similar set up but once we started talking to GRC we felt very early on that they would get our business, just felt no pressure sales pitch, and professional.
A special thank you to Leighton and Tom so glad we went with GRC a big thank you to the scaffs and the install team great job.

GRC were an excellent company to deal with. From initial contact right through to the installation team all were professional, well mannered and happy in their work. Very professional job and results were immediate, now producing Kwh and using a lot less from the grid! Very happy customer. Wish all companies were like this!

We are so happy we chose GRC to fit our solar panels, they have been excellent from start to finish.

Communication has been brilliant throughout and everything was explained to us really clearly. Scaffolding was sorted for us which went up the day before the install and was back down again a few days later. The installers were brilliant, they explained what they were going to do, showed me the set up and went through the app with me (which is really easy to use).

They monitor the system remotely to make sure everything is working as it should do. They’re also sorting the export tariff for me so you really don’t have to do much at all. They have a very slick operation going on.

Shout out to Andy who has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. He even messaged with updates while he was on holiday and should have been relaxing!

I will be recommending GRC to my friends/family/colleagues.

GRC are experts not opportunists. They care that you are looking for the system that suits your use of electricity at whatever hour of the day you use power. They will give you a configuration that works beyond whatever current eneegy supplier offers as the best. This is a 10 plus year purchase and they give the the best you can get on current tech and be assured that if you have a novel config you are winning because they keep up to date. The competition offer the system they understood a few years ago. Don't go for cheapest and expect best return investment but even that said the customer service was worth it as we got tweaks to our system as we asked for them. Tech will always advance, go with people who make the most of what is possible. Superb.

Great company helped me from start to finish and very helpful over the phone

It's a great system I have 12 panels had one battery when i was with Solar energy bought two from GRCS since they were installed the most I've used from the grid was last month 8.81 kWh saving me a fortune with Octopus energy on there fixed outgoing plan for now 15p a kWh so I'm happy.

The company did everything well. Explained the process, no pressure selling, helpful staff, efficient installation, queries answered promptly and help to set up export payment. No hesitation in recommending GRC.

Great experience with GRC from start to finish can't fault them. From the initial home visit by Ian to the actual fitting of our panels, inverter and batteries, in a weatherproof box outsideas we have very little loft space it's been seamless. The team doing the fitting were great and were done in less than a day, we had 14 panels, 2 batteries and one inverter so not a small system. They were very polite and extremely tidy as well.
Just waiting on the certificated then will be getting in touch with Elliot to help set my export tariff up.
Used very little electricity from the grid well 6.9kwh, from solar 374.3kwh & fed back 107.1kwh what a saving and the weather hasn't even been great here in North Wales.
After getting a few quotes from others we would highly recommend GRC Solar for price, quality and workmanship.

Great company,Tom explained everything and there is always someone willing to help answer any additional questions you have.Elliot has just helped set up export tariff for any excess electric we make. And best of all they set up the app and you can see how little electric you need to take from the grid

From initial contact, to the end of the installation, I have been impressed with GRC. It is now 17 days since start up. All is working well. I was kept informed every step of the way.
Best of all, they are very good with communications. Got a response immediately 100% of the time.
Would recommend their services without hesitation.

There are so many Solar Cowboys out there it's so hard to trust anybody.
I was originally recommended GRC SOLAR by a well trusted work colleague who had used them on his own property and even though my own son is a qualified Electrician I ordered a 18 panel system from them with battery storage.
Andy carried out a full survey and went over all the details with us including what we wanted from the system and then he quoted with a full professional proposal covering everything.
Install was a few weeks later and I have to say the fitters were excellent, clean, tidy and everything was cabled and tied very neatly, with virtually zero inconvenience.
System been in a few days now and we are seeing approx a 65% reduction in Electricity bills against non solar and we have an app which tells us live what the state of the batteries are like, what the roof is producing and also what the house is using 👏👏
Brilliant Job, great install team and the result we wanted for installing Solar !! Plus it makes me happier with some green credentials now 😊
